  1. This is my first time commenting in this topic 😉 . However, believe there is confusion in what my colleague is referring to. They were referring to content which already has been tagged. Whereas, in your previous post, you are referring to tag options in the dropdown.
  2. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. As mentioned, this can happen if you are on a VPN/proxy and losing connection as well. I'm afraid, I cannot reproduce this. However, if you want to disable IP address verification, you can do so in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration. Though, this is not recommended.
  4. Keep in mind that if you set a closed tag system for the software in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Tags, that is set for all applications. Items inserted in that menu are not specific to Forums.
  5. Are you bouncing between different networks perhaps? I.E. on a mobile device that is bouncing between a WIFI signal and the mobile network. That would explain how you have a static IP address on your WIFI but switching to your the mobile network would cause a different IP address as it is a different network. Alternatively, if you are switching or getting kicked of a VPN or Proxy this would cause your IP address to change as well, even if your home/work has a static IP address. Viewing your ACP, I am not seeing that issue myself, so it does not appear to be a configuration issue on our end.
  6. This would be done via the front-end login screen by clicking the "Forgot password?" link.
  7. Your PHP is missing mbstring extension. If you or your hosting provider upgraded PHP, it is missing extensions required for the software to function. Please also make sure you're running PHP 8.0 or PHP 8.1. Can using the following requirements checker script:
  8. You would want to contact your theme's author. That likely is the source of this.
  9. Putting it in the Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager integrations will place it in the Head. I would not advise implementing automatic ads from AdSense as they do create issues and go sometimes where they are not wanted. It would be advised to implement their manual placement ads.
  10. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  11. Unfortunately, FTP access is still not valid. Credentials are incorrect.
  12. Would recommend pausing entirely as CloudFlare will still enable many other features while in development mode.
  13. I'm afraid, I cannot comment on what was happening prior to today, I can only comment on what I see now and what is happening now. If the URL is visited, it is rendering an error message about incorrect encoding which is correct.
  14. I'm afraid that is not true and why you are receiving the encoding error. A conversion from WOFF2 to SVG is needed if you are using an SVG extension.
  15. You would want to use the Links feature in ACP -> System -> Posting -> Links & Email Addresses. The Word Filters feature is for display purposes but really does not block the link itself.
  16. I see that you have uploaded TFF and WOFF2 files as SVGs. This conversion is not something which is done automatically and the URL is generating an encoding error. We cannot assist with uploading of correct files or conversion of those. Keep in mind that these are the accepted file formats below to be uploaded to the Pages Media area. We also would not be able to provide support for any converting, uploading, downloading, or usage of these files. js, css, txt, ico, gif, jpg, jpe, jpeg, png, mp4, 3gp, mov, ogg, ogv, mp3, mpg, mpeg, ico, flv, webm, wmv, avi, m4v, webp, m4a, wav, pdf, svg
  17. Is the data layer feature enabled? If so, they will see this in their account settings.
  18. I'm afraid, custom or third-party elements being loaded into the software is outside our scope of support. You would need to contact the author where you got the elements or work with a developer to resolve any issues.
  19. Please contact your hosting provider if you are unsure how to obtain this access.
  20. If you do not know it, no. Only you or your hosting provider would know the path to what you're asking for there, no one else.
  21. Templates would come from your database instead of being cached to the file system. In your case, your file system might not be able to handle the writing or there is an issue writing so you would need to check that if this resolves the issue.
  22. Would recommend upgrading to the latest release and then also disabling template caching as it seems your server may be having issues. You can do this in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration.
  23. Glad to hear that you were able to find the issue. If this is a third party application available to others, please share in case others run into the issue.
  24. This is not a Friendly URL, this is a path on your local server. If you are unsure of the path on your local server to the upload folder on your server, please contact your hosting provider.
  25. What you encountered was abnormal, it is not the norm. In of itself, this should never happen what you encountered. On Cloud, you should never have to worry about your license key.
