  1. Security support for 8.1 does not end till late November of this year. It is still supported: https://www.php.net/supported-versions.php As mentioned by Stuart above, we will be noting this more present during upgrades.
  2. Looks like you are missing your .htaccess for rewritten URLs. You would want to go to ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> download the file in the description for the field "Rewrite URLs?"
  3. Google Analytics omits bots 😉 . You would need to check your server logs for actual requests to the server.
  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  5. Unfortunately, we cannot comment what is happening after our software hands it off to your email provider, but I can confirm that your notification settings are set correctly. Could you please let us know your display name or ID?
  6. Keep in mind topic views are not a unique count of users and include any visit to the topic, whether real human or bot. Sounds like a bot may be hitting that topic frequently.
  7. View count updates are handled by background tasks every 5 minutes. Your background tasks currently are driven by traffic. If you do not have a lot of traffic, these will not update nearly as soon as they should. I just ran the task manually on your site and it is indeed running without error. If you have any caching through CloudFlare, your server, etc... This may lead to inaccurate counts as well. If you continue to see this even with valid traffic running across several days, please provide us with an example topic URLs and we can take a look.
  8. There's really no method for simply giving money to a user in Commerce. Commerce handles payouts, like in Downloads, where you are acting as an intermediary for a transaction between two users. For your solution though, I would just keep it simple with PayPal, Venmo, or some form thereof, personally like @DawPimentioned.
  9. Sorry, trials do not have the ability to have a domain applied to them. Once you purchase a plan, we'll be more than happy to help you setup your domain. You can do this in the Client Area once you purchase 🙂 .
  10. I would advise retracing your steps and analyzing your configurations as what you're stating here is plainly not possible, I'm afraid.
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. The only way a site would be upgraded to a new version would be if an administrator has done so on that instance. There are no other means to do so.
  13. If you run on a non-supported version of PHP, you're going to have issues.
  14. Is your database connected to the same "instance"? If so, that would be the one way this could happen. Otherwise, they are not connected what-so-ever so would not be able to do this. Both test and live should have their own database and file set. You're running PHP 8.3 which is not supported. Please downgrade to PHP 8.1 or 8.0
  15. Unfortunately, I am not having any issues connecting to your community, ACP, or viewing the Members area of the ACP. Are you still encountering this? If so, could you please clear your browser's cache?
  16. Glad to hear all is working well 🙂
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.

  19. Would recommend switching to an unmodified theme and disabling any third party applications/plugins.
  20. I see this on your community but not on any unmodified community. Would advise disabling all third-party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme and language. If you continue to have issues, we would require the admin account on file to have unrestricted access to the ACP.
  21. If they are seeing items in the fluid view which they have not selected, they will want to try and clear their browser's cookies and local storage for your domain. This should clear any corruption which may be happening here.
  22. This is not currently possible in Clubs. I have moved this to our Feedback forum though for further evaluation and contribution from the community.
  23. Custom fields do not relate at this point in time, I'm afraid. You're more than welcome to suggest this in our Feedback forum though.
