  1. Sorry, this would require customization of the theme which would be outside our scope of support. I moved your topic to the correct forum for assistance.
  2. I'm afraid, this would require customization to remove this setting which would be outside our scope of support (including mentioning what templates contain items). I can move this to the community assistance forum where you can receive assistance from your peers, if you would like? Please supply any feature suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  3. Unfortunately, this is generally set by your server's configuration, rather than the software itself. We generally tell the server to create a folder and it specifies permissions, ownership, etc...
  4. InnoDB is the recommended engine for our software so switching is strongly advised. Of course, take necessary backups if something goes wrong. If you encounter issues migrating indexes, those can be rebuilt from the data.
  5. This would be a permissions issue on the server, I'm afraid. You would want to ensure that the uploads folder and all sub-folders are writable and are owned by the correct user/group. What my colleague mentioned at the original poster here was related to the datastore rather than the uploads folder. If that clarification helps any.
  6. Are there multiple child forums in this view? If so, could you please provide a link to it?
  7. Did you opt to rebuild previous attachments when turning it on? If not, then only new attachments will work with lazy loading. Regardless, please test with a new attachment on a new post then let us know if that has an issue. That is what I used and things seemed to function so would need an example to further investigate.
  8. We would need to know what else you're seeing that is amiss. We can then report it in the same process.
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. I'm sorry but we do not typically advise on bugs when they are submitted, we usually take it internally, review it, and resolve it in our development workflow. You can watch the release notes for when this resolution makes it into a release.

  12. Please disable all third-party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme, once I did so, the lazy loading was working. You'll want to enable those one-by-one to detect what is causing an issue here.
  13. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  14. You're very welcome. Glad to hear you've got what you needed 🙂 .
  15. Are these members unrestricted moderators of your community or have permission to moderate this section? If so, this would be expected. If the above is not set and you're still seeing this, please disable any third party applications/plugins and switch to an unmodified theme and test again. It could be the theme/app/plugin is out of date and missing this. If you're still having issues we would require a user's display name and the URL to the file which they're seeing which is in review.

  17. Glad to hear that resolved your issue. If your language pack is from a third party party, you'll want to check for an upgrade or reach out to them for assistance. Otherwise, if you created it yourself, you'll want to compare that language string to ensure the variables in it are updated. I'm afraid, customizations like this, are outside our scope of support.
  18. Please switch to the an unmodified, English language pack. The issue may be with the language pack itself, I'm afraid.
  19. Yes, any Account or Billing questions can use that contact us form rather than here on the forums 🙂 .
  20. I would ensure that you're having full access to this before moving forward with any further error as simply enabling this via developer tools would not fully provide you with access. If you would like us to take a look at this, please provide access via the Client Area to your ACP for us to take a look plus please provide us your display name.
  21. I would like to take a closer look at why the application is missing here in the path. Could you please provide the following access to your installation: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  22. We can change for you what you need to the DNS. Just create a ticket in the Client Area 🙂 .
  23. You would indeed need to setup a new sub-domain for email (as mentioned with support.example.com) to receive incoming email via SendGrid and if you want to retain your existing mail server running at example.com. Keep in mind that only 1 email address can be routed to a department so if you intend to utilize multiple departments, you will need an email address per department. This can all be setup in your department in Commerce.
