  1. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  2. I have tagged this to a developer to see if they may have any helpful hints for you as you move through this. However, please keep in mind that server support is outside our scope of support, additionally, version 3 is no longer supported (including upgrades). There appears to be something here on the server-side which is causing this so beyond a little help or confirmation of what I said above, we are a little beyond our scope here, I'm afraid.
  3. See in your output above the you're using MySQL 8. Have you tried with MySQL 5.6?
  4. If it is indeed a write issue, as kotaco suggested, this would be something to bring up to your hosting provider. This would be solely impacted by their server configuration and drive performance.
  5. Are you importing to the same database? I would create a new one and try there. MySQL is funky about that sometimes with existing and deleting tables.
  6. Were the same steps performed with the database restore, use, etc...? If so, it may just be the database restore process. I would suggest starting over with a fresh dump from your production source and ensure the collation match source to new server.
  7. When missing a tablespace, usually it happens due to errors in server migrations, disk issues or even administration errors. As you just performed the UTF8 conversion and you basically have duplicates of your tables in place, are you running out of disk space?
  8. There's the feature called "Permanently delete content after..." in ACP -> System -> Posting. This helps you setup a recycle bin of sorts that any deleted content will be stored in the ModCP for that duration of time. This won't hold content indefinitely but at least can be used as a temporary back fall in case something was deleted accidentally. Alternatively, you can setup a saved action in ACP -> Community -> Forums -> Saved Actions, which moves the topic to your "garage collection" forum.
  9. You can utilize our Language system to modify any string you wish in our software. You can read more about it here:
  10. Going to move this to our advanced server assistance forum as this is really outside our scope of support when it comes to editing PHP configuration files, I'm afraid.
  11. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  12. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for further investigation on the Pages issues. You will receive further communication via email. Regarding the Theme issue, are there any server error logs which are presenting themselves?
  13. There is no estimate at this time. As the new week progresses and the beta matures, there will be a better idea but sometime in June is all I can say at this time.
  14. You're very welcome. You can remove this if you're running Apache by following the instructions in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Rewrite URLs.
  15. We are aware of an issue with pasting an image causing duplicate images being uploaded. This will be fixed in the final release of 4.7.
  16. Sorry, looks like you may have missed the above comment about mod_security.
  17. Please remove any HTTP to HTTPS redirects on your server and follow the guide below:
  18. Thank you, the Pages error seems to not just be related to templates as it is happening also in the ACP so we will need to investigate that further. As the error message is stating an unknown function, just to ensure there are no missing or out of date files that the system isn't detecting, could you please go to the Client Area and download a full set of files then extract these on your local computer. Once done, upload the "ips_****" folder to your server, overwriting what is there. Once this has completed, please check again. Regarding the Theme issue, do you have mod_security or any other security module enabled on your server? I'd like to ensure that is not getting blocked by it. Please have your hosting provide disable the module or add an exception for any errors in the log.
  19. The Pages issues and the "Theme" issue are separate but did that resolve and allow the errors to disappear from your Pages areas? To confirm, this is the "Theme" button on the front-end to switch your theme? Could you please update access for us? As outlined below: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  20. "ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT" generally indicates that a plugin in your browser is blocking these resources. Disabling any browser plugins will be a good place to start. However, there are no errors with our core Javascript so may need to further investigate if this still happens after performing the above.
  21. Thanks for posting! Unfortunately, this issue is beyond the scope of our technical support. 👩‍💻 Our technical support is happy to help you with the Invision Community platform, but we're unable to help with things like server management, theme questions and modifications. I've moved this to our Community Support area where other Invision Community owners will see it and help where they can.
  22. Unfortunately, you will want to update your third party "SuperGrid" templates and other custom Pages templates as they are out of date. Please contact the author of your templates for further assistance. Otherwise, you may wish to revert these back to the default if you are having issues. Are you receiving any errors in your browser console when this happens? Can access this by hitting F12 on most browsers and then click "Console" tab.
  23. The authentication credentials you're using to connect to GMail's SMTP server are incorrect. As this is a third party SMTP server, that would be the extent of what I can tell you, I'm afraid. You will want to ensure they are correct and all details are correct. You may have changed your Google password or GMail could have changed their authentication or access details all together.
  24. That will indeed change it if you have not imposed a title tag in ACP -> System -> Search Engine Optimization -> Meta Tags. So sounds like you have a custom meta tag there which is overlaying it.
  25. I'm afraid, this isn't something that is configurable at the member group or member level at this time. You're more than welcome to suggest this in our official Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
