  1. You may wish to convert to InnoDB to see if this helps. MyISAM is limited to 1000 bytes, whereas InnoDB is limited to ~3000. Be sure to utilize the Dynamic row format as well.
  2. I have changed this for you to your domain running there now. Please ensure that you are not using a Test license key as I saw that was set as well.
  3. You would need to setup a temporary bypass for your firewall so the Marketplace can access your test install. Without this, you will not be able to connect to the Marketplace from the ACP, I'm afraid.
  4. Are you using InnoDB and dynamic row format?
  5. That is a free demo of their paid product πŸ™‚ so might indeed be different.
  6. Please work with the author on this. Third party applications are outside our scope of support. Any bugs or questions would need to be directed with the author(s) who you obtained this from. Did you obtain an updated version from Adriano?
  7. We utilize the GeoLite Free Geolocation data. As mentioned by MaxMind, it can be imprecise. Their paid version, which is the demo there, is more precise but still imprecise in reality.
  8. Reviewing your server details, I would recommend trying our 4.7.4 beta 2 which is out now in the Client Area as this includes some fixes to the UTF8 converter which may help you proceed past this.
  9. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  10. This would have simply been in execution of me using our software's ACP to look at various forum settings that I encountered this error.
  11. The error here with the OP, after further investigation, turned out being something with the MySQL server not executing in time a proper SHOW TABLES query. Could you please try this process again?
  12. IF you're having issues receiving emails from us, you may wish to update the email address on file. Either way though, we can forward the last response.
  13. Last response was yesterday πŸ™‚ .
  14. The November release will likely be some time in the first 2 weeks of November as Matt mentioned here. As there will be a holiday in the US towards the end of the month. Invision Community 4.7 is compatible with PHP 8.0 and 8.1 so if you have time before the November release, it is always advised to upgrade so you're not scrambling when you want to do the 4.7.4 (aka the November release).
  15. You’re more than welcome to put any suggestions in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation πŸ™‚
  16. This is not possible via Subscriptions but available via Products so you would want to switch to Products if this is a requirement.
  17. Lock topic - no one can reply to the topic anymore. Pin topic - appears at the top of the forum. Hide - hides the post/topic from non-staff without permission. Feature - Can add our feature block on a page and the topic will show up there. Can be topics you want to highlight for whatever reason.
  18. This should be restricted again to PHP 8. Thanks for reporting!
  19. You’re very welcome. Glad we could assist πŸ™‚
  20. Looks like the FURLs were customized in some manner as the system is not allowing an update of these to the new "Events" scheme. I would advise using the "Revert" button in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration -> Friendly URLs to revert this and it should work again:
  21. So where do I sign up for the AWS discount? πŸ˜„ You definitely made a positive impact here and know you'll do the same at AWS. Best of luck to you, Jordan!
  22. No worries. Glad we could we help ya out! πŸ™‚
  23. As you're using CloudFlare, you will want to enable "Trust IP addresses provided by proxies?" in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration. That will prevent CloudFlare's IP addresses from being used as the user's and creating a false positive in the Spam Defense system.
  24. Thank you for confirming! Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket to better assist you and investigate your issue. Please check your email for further correspondence.
  25. Do you have an open ticket where we are working with you for your migration? I do not see one but don't know if this is under a different account or not. If not, I'd like to open one so we can review what is happening here. Thanks!
