  1. Unfortunately, your hosting provider would need to be the one who you are working with here as this is a server-side configuration, not a software one. We are merely reading your PHP configuration. Please keep in mind that on a shared server this might not be possible to appease what we're looking for here because the server will need this disabled throughout our installation because if you disable these only in one directory of our software, it kind of defeats the purpose. Please also keep in mind that this is not a requirement of our software but rather a suggestion to strengthen the security of your server. If the answer with your hosting provider is simply that you cannot do this then you would need to evaluate if disabling these is of concern for you. If it is, then you will either need to upgrade to a plan with your current provider that allows you to do so or move to a different provider that allows you to do so.
  2. Are you able to send me screenshots of your WordPress OAuth configuration with miniorange in a message? Additionally, we will require access to your installation to review the Invision Community side of things: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  3. You mentioned you were using a third party plugin to send a test email. Please only use our software to send the email. You can use SendGrid. All third party applications and plugins.
  4. I have responded again. If you have issues with the email address on file, I would advise changing it to another.
  5. Thank you for clarifying. If you are uploading the image in the bulk editor, it should be. "Inserting image" could be from an URL which is why I asked if it was available publicly. --- As you have a modified email wrapper template, I would advise storing your templates elsewhere and then reverting it to test again. Additionally, please disable any third party applications/plugins and test sending to your self via the software and not via a third party plugin.
  6. Is the image available publicly that these systems can access it? Are you using a custom email template? If so, please revert it. If no to these, what is the name of the bulk email?
  7. As mentioned in this article, there is a utility in 4.7.2 which will help identify installed third party applications/plugins not compatible with PHP 8. With any that are identified, you will need to work with the author. There is not something in the Marketplace at this time identifying this in our fields but authors may be outlining this in their description and release notes.
  8. Yes, the way you phrased it sounds like you were worried about our software change rather than PHP. Yes, we will be upgrading PHP to 8 on Cloud as 7 will be no longer supported by PHP in November. The date is pending but it is indeed coming so you will need to prepare.
  9. My advice would be to start working with these authors or if they are older add-ons that don’t work on PHP 8 and the author abandoned them, start working on an alternative plan, if they are crucial to your community. As the time will come when a PHP 8 upgrade will come very soon.
  10. For anyone else reading this, any time you upgrade/change PHP and encounter an error, it is advised to double check the compatibility tester:
  11. Yes, as Matt mentioned, no need to worry, we will take care of PHP for you. 4.7.0 has support of PHP 8.1 so there is no immediate requirement to force to 4.7.2.1 but that, of course, could change. We, of course, highly recommend being on the latest release.
  12. Unfortunately, if you allow Guest posting, you are going to deal with spam at some level. If you wish to allow guest posting, you could enable the member group setting: "Require approval before content shows?" and manually approve each post. This would allow you to review posts so only non-spam would get through your manual reviewal. Otherwise, if your audience is on Facebook/Instagram, have you considered enabling Facebook login? This might ease your "barrier" to registration while keeping spam chances lower because guests cannot post.
  13. The System Log is in our software at ACP -> Support -> System Log.
  14. Unfortunately, if your host is unwilling to add ioncube, you cannot use the add-on mentioned. You would need to work with them or if you have SSH access, hire a server administrator to assist you. I will move this to a proper forum as this is a server issue with a third party add-on, not an issue with our software so it would be outside our scope of support.
  15. A 500 Internal Server error is very much like that of your car's check engine light. It says something is wrong but not what or where. You would need to review the server error log entry responsible for that error to gain insight to what is happening here. If you are unsure how, please contact your hosting provider.
  16. Please contact the author of that third party application Forms for assistance here as it is an issue with that third party application
  17. Glad to hear you got it working 🙂
  18. CSS would be loaded for all screen sizes and then the browser very quickly will decipher the media queries. It will have a negligible impact.
  19. You can check in ACP -> Members -> Ban Settings, these would be the only IP bans which we have in the software.
  20. Glad to hear we could be of assistance 🙂
  21. Auto ads from Adsense is not recommended as it will inject ads in odd places. Customizations, like what Randy provided, are outside our scope of support. You may wish to read more about our advertising module here:
  22. This sounds like there is something here related to those applications/plugins then, I'm afraid. You would need to know which ones are configured and likely reaching out to a member/group that no longer exists as that is what you error there on 9-22 at 15:20 is stating.
  23. Sorry, believe there is a little confusion. The date picker there is from your OS/browser, not us. I'm afraid, we do not have control over what that date picker looks like or functions. Essentially, we just tell the browser this is a date input field and it handles the rest. This is widely used throughout the web and the best choice for mobile/desktop users as it is modeled from your device's OS or your browser choice.
  24. Just a heads up, I moved this to a better forum to handle requests for projects 🙂 .
