  1. Thank you for reporting. I have reported this as a bug to be resolved in an upcoming release

  3. That is expected on some URLs, and isnt something you should worry about. What is happening is its blocking items which should not actually be crawled, to ensure the important stuff on your site is
  4. The FTP details appear to be incorrect. Please could you check those?
  5. I see you are now showing as client, but not seeing any response on your ticket there. Have you now resolved this?
  6. Please bear in mind while posting, that not everyone will have the ability you have yourself, and may actually not be self hosted either. In the case of this one, you are actually incorrect. Webserver logging will not give you 'only' the guests. It will give you everyone.
  7. Sorry for the delay there. As with your other topic, this needed to be reviewed somewhat by a developer. In the case of this one however, I have logged it as a bug in any case. Thank you for reporting, and this will be reviewed for a later release.

  9. If you can update your access details on file, and then put the issue admin name in the notes, that would do the trick. You can do this from your client area, by selecting your license and selecting to review/update details
  10. This was an issue with Redis in this case. Please disable this if you have it running, and see if that resolves your issue
  11. There is no way to do this with the built in functions of the platform, but indeed as mentioned above, there may well be 3rd party items you can use to achieve this

  22. The problem is indeed the data. That table still cannot be accessed at all. When you attempted a manual recreation of it, did you ensure you added your prefix as mentioned? I would suggest also contacting your email host to see what us happening with those emails, as they are being sent and you are not receiving them

  24. You would need to restore it from your own backup, not create from the above. Have you done that?
  25. Blocks are cached, so if an item is deleted or moved, it would take until that cache is cleared for it to be removed
