  1. It is indeed, yes. Just responded to you for another screen, then will add to notes here and we can go from there
  2. Please could you screenshot what you are seeing? I am not seeing any issues on my end
  3. There is no built in way to change the ACP coloring any longer. This is intentional, and by design
  4. Please could you provide me with an example of where you are seeing an issue in the ACP?
  5. Please could you screenshot each page of your twitter setup in a PM and I can add private notes to the topic here? We can then advise accordingly
  6. That is correct, yes. What I was confused about is the image you last posted, with the menu open. Have you done that on another device?
  7. I have created a ticket for you on this, so we can take a look for you
  8. That now works, however the Admin CP details are not. Please could you ensure both are correct
  9. We cannot assist with 3rd party items, so your only option if its causing you issues would be to employ a developer to resolve the issue, or remove the item
  10. Sorry, Im a little confused here, as that doesnt appear to be closed on your screenshot there.
  11. This may well actually be your device here. I am unable to replicate this on our end
  12. Have you made any alteration to templates? If so, I would advise in the first instance that you revert those and test
  13. That issue is generally caused by the columns on tables in your database being set to the Compact row formant. You would need to speak to your hosting company on this, and have them switch them to dynamic
  14. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  15. I have responded to your ticket on this. The only way this would be able to be resolved would be to escalate for someone to look at for you
  16. I can tell you only that the issue there sees to be permissions based on the error you have supplied. Which would be a hosting issue unfortunately. Are you using suPHP or suExec would be the first question here
  17. Could you let us know on which pages you are seeing that message? We can then take a look to see whats happening there for you
  18. Indeed our official support is now in this area. There was correspondence sent out on this quite a while ago. Note, if there is private information, we can always create a ticket out of it, dont worry. Anyway, on to the issue at hand there. Unfortunately there is no solution I can give you here that will allow you to use an older PHP version for the platform. You would need to reach out to your hosting company to see if you can set different PHP versions in different areas. This can often be done with htaccess files, but it will depend on your particular hosting
  19. As mentioned above, while not one click, you could set up a warning reason and action. Even if you wish for it not to interupt anything that is already there, you could just set it higher than other actions. Example Go to Content -> Moderation -> Actions Create a new reason there, and set the points to 100, along with whatever other prefs you wish it to add there Go to actions and create a new action that on 100 points adds moderation All done. You can then point at the user and give them that warning from anywhere you wish.
  20. Thank you for coming back to update and glad you found the issue
  21. I have tagged our developers in to review this. If this is a bug here we can get this logged and resolved

This would need to be reviewed and approved by our marketplace team. Im sure they will get this reviewed as soon as possible.
  23. As there is nothing there for us to see any longer, there isnt really anything to investigate here unfortunately. What I am a little confused about with your initial topic there however. Are you saying they were showing incorrectly in the different areas using your own scripts too?
  24. I have moved this to our developer forum, which is better placed for your questions here
  25. There is nothing you ned to be doing until then.
