  1. Thank you for coming back and letting us know
  2. No problem. Of course also make sure the path mentioned by Matt above is writable if you are caching templates to disk again
  3. Please check it again now. I have disabled all your plugins and enabled them again which will have cleared cache there
  4. That would indicate an issue with the image itself. Please could you zip the image (so that I get the image actually being uploaded before processing), and upload it here.
  5. We would need some example links in that case. They should redirect as long as the converters are still present
  6. Also check any constants.php file and ensure there isnt a path from your old server present
  7. Ah, nice share 🙂
  8. That would certainly explain why I cant see the issue 😄 Glad to hear its sorted. Please do let us know if you see that happen again
  9. I dont seem to be seeing that on the site my end. Could I confirm it's the site with /3/ in the URL?
  10. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  11. You would do this using a custom profile field. You can read more about this in the following location https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/members-and-groups/custom-profile-fields-r172/
  12. Have you been sending quite a lot of requests? It may well be that you have been blocked due to lots of requests. If that may be the case, leave it a few hours and test this again
  13. Thank you for responding and linking that 🙂
  14. ^ that would do it 🙂 Almost like this fella has been here before
  15. I have moved that to our suggestions area, rather than support, as this is a request for a change.
  16. Completely understandable, but even just on your site, it would be for the developer to resolve. We can only provide support with the stock product
  17. Glad to hear you found the problem item, and hope you can get that sorted
  18. There is no way in which to restrict in that manner with the built in system. DawPi of course will be able to confirm if their application will do this
  19. Have you since uninstalled the converters or disabled them? I ask as its those which would do the redirecting
  20. Glad to hear it 🙂
  21. This will indeed likely be a single plugin causing issues, its just that cache is in play too. So you would need to disable all, clear cache and ensure its working, then enable one at a time, clearing cache each time if you have an issue. The reality is there, with the amount of plugins you are running, you are going to run into issues at some points unfortunately. Just for an example, every time someone visits a topic at present, there is an error thrown, and there are 32 hook items being loaded at that point. Any one of those could be causing your issues. With the support. Support has changed on the platform, and this is indeed where you would post up for support. We still have access to your system, and this is now fully staffed. We can move items into email support if there is an issue which requires more secure information, or requires the item to be escalated to higher tiers of support
  22. Yes, that would show once you select. I mean the create item wouldn't actually show. I have flagged this for dev review, so we can determine if this is actually a bug
  23. They will not show within there for clubs. It would only show forums which are within the main forums area
  24. If you go to support in the top right of your admin CP, you will see just under the version it will show optional patch
  25. Please check the response on this from my colleague on 14th Feb. We are currently awaiting details being corrected from yourself. Just thought I would mention in case you missed this
