What Randy says is correct there. You are tracking an invoice not the gift card. There are instances you may actually track an invoice which is already paid. For example, you may want to know if its refunded
If you are having problems with a 3rd party plugin, you would ned to contact the author of that plugin. We cannot assist with 3rd party items unfortunately.
As Sonya mentioned, while you may find it something essential, its not necessarily essential to everyone. You may not like our implementation, and that is what our suggestion area is for. In any case, thank you for your feedback
There is no such functionality within the platform at the present time. Please feel free to post this in our suggestions area if you would like to see anything like that in the future
I have tagged this for one of our developers, who may be able to shed more light on this for you. I would however doubt we would re-request if it fails on 'slow down requests' as that would actually compound the issue
I believe you may have missed comments further down. He should be able to, and there must be a reason why they cant. There has been a ticket created to find out why this is the case

The guides I have on my list to update, which I have already stated previously. However it would only be to tell you to do what you have already done in requesting the access. We have no control in any way over whether or not they accept. Unfortunately, thats simply the situation we are in at present
Indeed, if people are adding alternative characters to bypass this, you would need to add those also. Unfortunately as they are valid characters and not the ones you are blocking.
