  5. There is some confusion here I believe. There should actually be a renewal button on a product. Its subscriptions that there isn't, and that is intentional, while we do have improvement reports in for it. We would need access, as mentioned in your other ticket. There must be some other reason that person cannot renew

    Please feel free to add any constructive feedback to our suggestions area. "Update to 2022" is not really constructive actionable feedback We do have a prefix system. We simply dont have it in the manner that is being asked for here. You can choose a prefix for topics from the tags that have been selected Sorry to hear you feel that way. However while our updates may not be useful to you, Im sure many of our customers appreiciate the many bug fixes between each release, and features added to our feature releases.

  11. This isnt actually an issue. If you want people to be able to pay expired invoices, you would set the invoices not to expire. That way your user can pay them

  16. There is no "fix" needed here. Its actually a change to a new API, and is therefore, as mentioned originally, not a quick fix. This is something new that needs to be written, not just a bug fix. However there is nothing that is broken. You simply need to request the permission from twitter

I am not seeing any other tickets from yourself other than that one Ramsesx is correct there however. You just need to use the lost password tool to reset your password there

    I can take a look at that guide at some point to see if I can get that to work. This is however customisation, so its not something we can provide direct support on To clarify the point here, that blog is from 2016. 6 years ago, the software was extremely different

    Custom.css is a template on your theme, rather than a file. Please see the following which shows how to work with templates
  24. As mentioned, you would need to contact the author of the items you are having issues with for support. We cannot assist with 3rd party items unfortunately
  25. If you remove billing, it will not show. That much is for certain. So you need to add that back in. Then note it will not update straight away, which is likley what your issue is here. Add the billing information then leave it 24 hours and check again.
