  1. Just to confirm, there is no built in way to do this. It would indeed require 3rd party items
  2. Yes, it would depend upon the operating system displaying correctly, but this isnt really a question on how the software works.
  3. We can only advise on our own theme. We would need to know specifically what issues there are that can be changed, if you are seeing issues.
  4. Sorry we could not be of further assistance with that. As someone who has used the site quite a lot, you do find there are many many archives with no CSS on them or missing items.
  5. You would need to look again at your code there, as clearly there is something incorrect there. If its off one of our emails, there is likely other items you have missed that need to go alongside it, but this would be outside the scope of support unfortunately. I can move your ticket to the development forum if you wish, as there may well be people there who can help you achieve what you are looking for?
  6. I would need to know who the member is and which club. We can then take a look for you
  7. Yes, that guide needs updating. Unfortunately we are stuck in a situation of Facebook constantly updating their APIs, so as quick as we update things, they change. What is it you are having issues with?
  8. Do you have any example pages I can take a look at for you?
  9. Take a look in uploads/logs. You can see the errors in there relating to both plugins
  10. This is indeed what is causing the errors. There are some from chatbox also, but the template errors are coming from that telegram plugin
  11. Your issue appears to be being caused by a 3rd party telegram login system being used. You would need to contact the author of that item for assistance
  12. Yes, test on a default unaltered theme first of all
  13. No problem at all. Glad you have what you need there
  14. On the "Content" tab, you have everything selected. That tab is for all areas. If you wish to select per area, you would deselect that. Example: At present you have "can edit all content" selected in the content tab. If you deselect that, you will see the option appears in the forums tab, and other tabs appear with it present too. With disabling PMs, anyone can do this including admin. You do this from inside your messenger, using the link below the list of your messages
  15. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  16. I would need an example moderator and an example of where the moderator is able to approve items you believe they shouldnt be able to
  17. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  18. There isnt really much I can add to what Sonya said there. Its there and indexed
  19. If you are using suPHP check that none of your files are 666 as that would cause it
  20. You would click on "Add theme" in the them area to create a new theme
  21. Do you have any plugins running on your browser which may be renaming this? If we cannot reproduce on your site and you can, the issue really must be on your end rather than that of the site
  22. We have not yet gone through our own code and tested this. Whether or not you use it is entirely up to yourself, but we cannot advise on this until we have checked, and if you encounter issues you would need to revert that before we would be able to issue support. In short, if you are asking if it should, then yes probably. If you are asking if I can guarentee this, the answer would be no. Not until we have stated the software to work with that version
