  2. There would only really be 2 orders when It's a yes/no field. So the only possible sorts in that scenario would be ascending or descending. Unless Im misunderstanding what you are asking for here?

  8. It would depend on the location you are posting it. We provide oembed, but if the place its being paste doesnt use oembed, it will indeed just paste a link
  9. You cannot fix this directly in the database, no. You would need to wait for it to unlock, then once it has, reset your password. You would do this from the login form by selecting the "forgot your password" link
  10. There is no way in which to create a topic within a subject, as this is a required item for the software to operate. As mentioned above, they are actually displayed using the title in most areas.

  16. I think the main think you need to be aware of here Bill is that its something you will need to add into your theme (code in) rather than something that is simply a setting
  17. There is no way in which to use discount codes on subscriptions at present. The intention of subscriptions is that It's a simplified system. You would use a product with recurring payments if you wish to use anything over what the subscriptions model currently provides

  19. As a self hosted customer, you would indeed have access to those. You can download the latest release from your client and it is in that location within the download
  20. Sorry, could I confirm you have checked your server error logs, and not the system logs in the ACP? I ask as thes elook like they are from system logs

  22. The above would be the only way to do so if you want to keep pages viewable by guests on the site.
  23. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   24. If you mean you added a custom link to the menu, have you checked this is the same link you are seeing when you visit it manually?
