    Are you referring to blocks here? If so, the site you have seen them on likely has the sidebar showing on the left, which would make them the uppermost item

    Urgent issues like this would tend to be looked at straight away. I cannot give an estimate on how long it will take to resolve until we have looked at what is causing the issue.

    As mentioned, the upgrade simply needed to be run from /admin/upgrade there. This has now been completed for you

    No problem. There of course is nothing forcing you to do so, however the functionality you are looking for there is in the latest release, so you would need to await that until you can use the datalayer function
