  1. Excellent. Please let us know exactly what they changed if you can find out. Will be interesting for others to know
  2. You would indeed need customisation to get it to display. However it will save you trying to customise the address element, which would likely involve a lot more
  3. Please check to see if you are running mod_security, securi, or varnish cache. If so, please disable these temporarily and test again
  4. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  5. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  6. Please disable all 3rd party items and check this again. If you are then still having issues, please let us know
  7. There would be no way to do this without customisation at present. As a thought, you could use a drop down for countries as a custom field maybe?
  8. Thanks for letting us know. Glad to hear you have the issue resolved
  9. As it would be a file they are downloading, Im not sure why it would be opening in either to be honest. However look in System>Settings>Posting>Links & Email Addresses, which I believe is what you are looking for
  10. Please disable all 3rd party items including theme, by selecting customisations in the support area, then selecting disable. Check the issue in another tab while those are disabled. If you are then still having issues, please let us know
  11. Im also seeing ads appear on your site, so it seems its just google serving them to different people you are having issues with. As Sonia already mentioned, it can take time
  12. Your system error logs are showing a large amount of errors related to invalid arguments. I would suggest resolving those issues first of all. There shouldnt be anything related to the server maintenance as thats now completed
  13. There is no way in which to disable that functionality without customisation
  14. If you have any specific questions, you can create a ticket if needed from your client area. But generally, what you are asking is quite a broad question. What information are you looking to provide them with?
  15. I will move this to our developer connection forum, which is more appropriate for the request there. I would say however that our API would not interact with your own custom tables.
  16. As mentioned, the dropdown will only show if you have more than one theme available to you as the logged in member. Therefore you can actually set that on a group by group basis if needed. For example, I have a theme which is for development, and that theme is only available to the admin group. The only other theme is the default. So nobody else sees a dropdown
  17. We are unable to assist with community unfortunately, however I can move your topic to customer support, as others may have done the same
  18. There is no update we are able to give at this point, unfortunately.
  19. Please go to support within your client area and select 'clear cache', as its likely cache causing this
  20. Bear in mind, you can always download the htaccess from your admin CP under System->Search Engine Optimisation. should you ever need this again
  21. As mentioned by Randy, you could use a wordpress login method to do this from wordpress. This would allow you to use the IPS platform as the login method. Bear in mind however that it would not automatically have you logged into the community when you log into the wordpress side and vice versa. For that, you would need a full SSO solution
  22. This looks like it may have been a caching issue. After disabling everything to test on your system, it was working. But on reenabling, its still working. This would lead me to believe cache clearing has resolved the problem in this instance. Please take a look and let us know 🙂
  23. Its not something that we have tested with, no.
