  1. It looks like when you downloaded, you didnt so select to include the converters. You need to ensure you have, as you havent got the latest files for that application
  2. Possibly not, as it will detect there is still a site at that URL. Just let me know once you have moved and can sort that for you
  3. On taking a look at your system, you are quite behind on updates. Please update your site to the latest release and then test again
  4. Please remove those changes regardless. While I understand what you are saying there, it may well mean those changes did not affect older releases
  5. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. I dont seem to be able to replicate the issue on my end. Before I log into yours to take a look, please could I confirm you are using a standard htaccess file there?
  7. You would need a feed reader to read RSS feeds, or a site in which reads RSS feeds
  8. Ah I see. No problem, Jamynee. At least you know the option is there if needed
  9. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. 10. You can move that from the folder if you need to do so. You would simply do the following (after taking a full backup) Move all files/folders from the /forum/ folder, and put them in root Edit your conf_global.php file, and remove the /forum/ Once thats done (if you are doing so) let me know and I can update your URL on the license
  11. You can download the default from System>Search Engine Optimisation
  12. There is no specific functionality for this within the platform at present. It may be worth taking a look at zapier to see if there is freshdesk integration there. If so, you may be able to create this functionality using zapier. You can read more about zapier setup here https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/community-enhancements/zapier-r360/
  13. I have created a ticket on this for you so it can be looked into further

  15. From what you have said there, you are doing nothing wrong. I would need an example of a member you believe is looping there for me to advise
  16. While I understand what you are saying there, we do need to ensure its being tested on the default. While your htaccess may not have changed since that date, if we have changed something and a custom htaccess rule is breaking things, that would need to be removed
  17. And are you using a default unaltered htaccess there?
  18. Sorry to hear you feel this way. We provide the facility to use any OAuth 2.0 connection, however its simply not possible to provide a step by step for the millions of OAuth 2.0 connections
  19. If you are getting that message, its very likely you are missing the updated versions of those files. Only in very very limited circumstances would it be permissions
  20. If you exceed your current allowances, you would need to choose a new one from one of our existing plans.
  21. Do you have an example topic name you were seeing this on?
  22. Glad to hear you managed to get that resolved 🙂
  23. That will indeed be what is causing you problems there. Please ask your hosting company to update that to 1.2
  24. If it's working correctly now, I can only really suggest letting us know if you see the issue occur again.
