  1. URLs are built to be search engine friendly and human readable. Is there something specific you are having issues with?
  2. Note, the software will use the standard permissions used by your web server. If you need alternative permissions for specific types of files, I can provide you the constants entries to do that, but you would need to know what those permissions need to be from your hosting company. The issue at present is the software cannot read those files
  3. If this is something else you are referring to, please let us know. However if it is that software, then as opentype mentions above, you would need to export it.
  4. They should be readable by the system. This would generally however indicate you dont have the latest files so I would check that before anything else
  5. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  6. I have created a ticket for you on this, and someone will be in contact
  7. Removing the instance would not remove the set URL. You should install in the same location as preivously. If you need to change that location, please let us know
  8. Please check your server error logs to see what is being logged there first of all. You are getting a ehite screen, which would indicate there is an error being thrown. These are usually logged
  9. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  10. You have no licensed live URLs with that domain. Please could you clarify?
  11. Glad to see you managed to get that resolved. Please ensure you report this to the relevant authors
  12. If the above doesnt work, please let us know and we can take a closer look. However that should indeed correct your issues
  13. Glad to hear thats now working for you 🙂
  14. No problem at all 🙂
  15. Sorry you were waiting there. You happened to post at a time where there is a cross over of staff, unfortunately. Glad to see that you managed to get the issue resolved. Support can be up to 72 hours as per SLA. Of course we are usually much much faster than that. Just a matter of timing there. If you had just switched to PHP8 its likely you have 3rd party items that are not compatible with that PHP version yet, or you have not properly checked the requirements when using that version. If you havent checked the latter, you can use the requirement checker here https://invisioncommunity.com/files/file/7046-invision-community-requirements-checker/
  16. There has been a patch posted for this. If you go to the support area in your admin CP, you will see "Optional patch" showing in the top left of that page
  17. @Adlago just letting you know there is a patch in the support area of your ACP for this
  18. There has been a patch posted for this. If you go to the support area in your admin CP, you will see "Optional patch" showing in the top left of that page
  19. Not at all. The issue here is you posted in community support, rather than the one in the official support forum which is monitored by members of staff. I have moved the topic for you now Please provide me with the member ID of the example in your first post, and we can then take a look for you.
  20. I have opened a bug report for this issue
  21. Please check those details, as they are not allowing ACP access
  22. You would really need to contact the author of that code for support. We would not generally issue support for custom items
  23. This was am issue on our hosting that was resolved. Similarly, this is an issue on your hosting that you are having, and I believe is related to an issue on your PHP version. Have you recently changed this? If so, please change it back and see if you have the same problem
  24. No, that wont cause you problems with your upgrade
