  4. Please could you check on your server for any mod_security logs, and even try disabling that and trying again. If that doesnt work, please could you confirm exactly how you are adding the videos and an example video link for us to take a look at?

  6. In your admin CP go to the following Customisation->Appearance->Themes Click on the edit icon for your theme and you will see a logo tab there

  9. You have quite a few issues related to 3rd party items there. You need to resolve these before we proceed any further, as you cannot log into the front end of your site at all currently. You have ads that are throwing 403 errors. And there appears to be other messages related to plugins showing up on console

  11. There is no single link that will always lead to a persons profile. Each persons profile link is unique to them.

  14. Increasing timeouts on mysql. Ensuring memory_limit is set high on your PHP installation. With background tasks, you may speed the background tasks up by changing the rebuild options but be sure your server can handle before doing this. Other than that however, the conversion is doing quite a lot and can indeed take some time to complete

  18. There would be no other way in which to do this unfortunately. There has to be something which the user does to trigger the action
  19. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   20. We are not able to assist with custom development unfortunately. We allow the creation of custom tags so that ads can be inserted within themes by the theme developers. However this is indeed customisation.
  21. Please disable your 3rd party modifications and then ask the user to try again while these are switched off. You are getting errors where there are lots of 3rd party hooks running. You can see these in your system logs in the support area of the admin CP
  22. This cannot be cancelled as there is an associated paypal subscription, as mentioned in the admin CP. The user would need to cancel their paypal subscription or indeed you cancel it from the link provided
  23. That is the item count of articles currently available to view within that area. 3 of the ones you can see yourself are not visible to anyone else as they are scheduled and not yet published
