  1. Im not sure what you mean here. You have just created a request for support. We simply dont do it via the ticket system any longer. We are still staffed here 🙂 As mentioned above, you would click to create a new theme. All new themes are default by design You would need to contact the author of the items you are having issues with in order to resolve those.
  2. Please first of all check with the author of those applications to make sure there is no difference between the 2. If this is confirmed, please ensure we have access to both instances
  3. It will only work if you have it set as discussions, as mentioned by my colleague. If you want the email follow ups, then its enable solved, and forum disussions you are looking for
  4. This is not an option on Invision Community as it was in the past, as you can set pages as the default application. The only method is to move the site to root, then set the default application as the pages application
  5. This is correct. The only ones which needed addressing were the ones whereby you needed to disable that 3rd party application
  6. This would be more a suggestion than a bug. You have show a placeholder when there is text to enter. In this case you wouldn't be entering text, as it's a date picker.
  7. If there are inconsistencies you have seen, please let us know and I can get those added as a bug
  8. Are you still getting any errors?
  9. Your site running on PHP8 doesnt mean your tasks are running on PHP 8. Please check this with your hosting company
  10. As mentioned in response to that one previously, please disable the videos application, as it looks like this is where your issue is coming from on that error
  11. Yes. You would use the word filters for this. If you go to System->Settings->Posting within your admin CP, you will see a word filters tab. You can add words here and choose whether you want to replace, hold for approval, or even block the submission.
  12. No, you should not add more in your config file. The error messages there are old, and should be ignored unless you are seeing those on the latest release?

  22. These arent things in which you need to worry about if you are using our email service. They go out from our address and is already set up.

  24. There is indeed. For the defaults for members Go to Members->Member Settings->Notifications and edit the "Followed content" option. For individuals as a personal preference Click your name->Account Settings->Notification Settings->Followed Content
