  1. I'm a little confused by what is being reported here, as what you have looks to be correct. It's showing page title - category title - subject
  2. This looks indeed to be the issue we have a fix for in the next release of the platform
  3. Glad to hear they managed to sort the issue for you 🙂
  4. No problem at all, and have a nice day yourself 🙂
  5. In the case of a child theme, the parent theme is not ignored, no. Its just overridden
  6. Backtrace is tracing back through the code to what was executed before it This being the case, it looks like PHP8 is having issues with opening items in that folder. Check permissions on that. For example it may be its running suPHP where before it wasnt. Only your host can confirm this.
  7. Yes that is correct. However with CSS you should be adding to custom.css, not modifying files directly. Could I confirm that is what you are doing?
  8. I have split this into its own topic. Please ensure that you have nothing after the /admin/upgrade in your address bar, then press enter and see if that allows you to log in. If it does not, then only your host can resolve this. To explain further. Our code says "Please start a session" to the server. Your server is saying no
  9. Im not sure what giving an older version would do to resolve that issue for you. What we would actually be providing is a version which has had bugs fixed since, and ensuring you have no support with the upgrade. As apposed to you upgrading to the latest release with the latest bug fixes, and that upgrade being supported by us should you have issues.
  10. Im not sure what guideance you are looking for there. This is PHP code. There isnt really any way for me to teach you how to decipher them, other than to say you should always try to disable 3rd party items to resolve the issue, and should always clear the cache to see if that resolves the issue. Other than that, its actually knowing how to read code. Yes you can clear cache
  11. We would need a very basic CSS example you have set on a default unaltered theme. I am unable to replicate any problems on the latest version of the platform. For example I set the following body {background-color: red;} Created a child theme, and changed red to black. This correctly sets black on the child theme.
  12. And of course, in addition to what opentype said above, this does mean it may well not even happen on your live site. Clear the datastore again first of all, and let us know if this goes away again
  13. Go to Support in the admin CP and click to clear cache. That will empty the datastore folder, so if there are issues in there, it should stop happening. It does look to be an issue with a specific file in there
  14. You would need to update your site to the latest release, and use the latest dev tools to see if you are still having this issue first of all.
  15. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  16. Unfortunately, we no longer provide support for 3.4, including upgrades. If you take a look at the following location, there are providers who do provide this as a service, which you can find here https://invisioncommunity.com/third-party/providers/?csrfKey=7568ff7564506961db68f5f5e0cae392&advanced_search_submitted=1&sortby=primary_id_field&sortdirection=asc&content_field_124[1]=9 It is also worth noting here, we do not support the software running on IIS.
  17. While I agree that if there is an issue, it would indeed be related to the randomisation of the items, I cant replicate this. I would need examples in order to proceed. From what I have seen, even on your own site, they look to be correct
  18. You need to revert your custom furls as mentioned in my previous message. You do indeed have quite a lot of them. Including a significant amount that are related to calendar
  19. There is no way, outside of modification, that you can add a prefix to all outgoing email unfortunately.
  20. I think you may be misunderstanding the option there. The option when you flag a member as spam would be set to perform that action. Please see the following guide on this https://invisioncommunity.com/4guides/how-to-use-ips-community-suite/managing-members/spam-prevention-r9/ With regard the items there, those are actually validating members. There are no way in which to mass action those. They each need to be validated or deleted.
  21. Check you dont have custom FURLs set in System>Settings>Advanced Configuration. This is the most likely thing that is causing you problems
  22. As Adriano said there, if you log out of the marketplace and back in, it rechecks your client status, and therefore corrects the problem
  23. You havent missed anything there. This is still with our developers
