  1. I've cleared that for you, so that you can go ahead
  2. Yes, in that topic it was issues on our end on the cloud version relating to PHP versions, which we resolved our end. Check that also on your end (requirement checker on both servers). Also disable all 3rd party
  3. Are you seeing this when you log in as those users?
  4. Where are you seeing this an issue in the software? It may actually be that this is a bug.
  5. Im not seeing any issues on this end. Have you resolved this? If not, please coul dyou let me know who you are logged in as?
  6. We already have that feature. What you would do in order to implement this, is to remove permissions from their current group, then create a new group which has permissions to download. Then create a promotion rule which adds that as a secondary group (or moves to it) on reaching a certain number of posts.
  7. Could you please point out that post, then I can see what this related to?
  8. Take a look at the following guide, which shows how to use the sidebar The above items are standard blocks provided in the software, rather than customisation
  9. If that is the case, the correct course of action would be to report the issue to that 3rd party to correct properly. Adding indexes manually is not the correct answer there.
  10. hCAPTCHA set on higher level of sensitivity has tended to be the best option at present. This one I would argue isnt 100% effective as they can change words. However to say it does nothing I would say is incorrect. If someone comes back with the same word, it will indeed block it
  11. There is no way in which to run your site in a subfolder on the cloud platform. While I appreciate you may want this for your own reasons, working around this in the ways you describe above simply wont work on there
  12. Please disable cloudflare first of all, and test again
  13. This is caused when the width of the main block plus the sidebar block is too wide for the page. Generally this is when the contents of the box are too wide. I would suggest removing all blocks from the page on the sidebar and adding a built in content block. If that is showing at the side, you know the contents of your sidebar blocks are what is causing the issue
  14. Please provide the ID of the group you wish them to go to
  15. It copies it to a pages database of your choosing. You would need to give it time. It will unarchive eventually
  16. There isnt an issue with read/write separation generally as we use this ourselves. If you are having issues in that area, its your host you would need to contact.
  17. Only your host can answer that. All we can say is that they are 2 different locations
  18. We are aware of the issue here, and this is currently being looked into
  19. I would not advise on adding indexes that are not in the core platform. They would just be wiped on every upgrade You should actually contact your hosting company regarding this problem. The query there is quite a simple query, so if there are issues on it updating the data, your mysql instance would need to be optimised appropriately.
  20. It seems your topic was missed there unfortunately. Its just been picked up as you replied, and we now do support on the community. I've got a bug report in for you now, so we can get it addressed
  21. glad you found a solution to your issue there 🙂
  22. Your simplest option would be to add domain verification
  23. Have you tried increasing the sensitivity in hCaptcha? Also, do you have multiple Question and Answer items added?
  24. There isnt actually a lightbox on the latest release. Have you tested this on a default unaltered theme?
  25. While I understand you got this from your ticket, we have decided to look into this further and decided it does indeed need to be addressed as its inconsistent with other areas. Note, you are telling our management team and head of our development department that they are incorrect here.
