  1. The admin CP login details appear to be incorrect still also
  2. I have tried logging in again to see if I can see the issue for you, however the admin login details are still incorrect so I am unable to log into your upgrader. One of the things I would very much advise you do, is remove all 3rd party items on your site. While many may run 3rd party items with no issue, this is probably what is causing you so many issues. You have a combination of lacking the knowledge to run your server environment proficiently and having too many variables that could cause issues on your system without the knowledge to correct them proficiently. This is not your fault, its simply that you have found your limit. At some point, something has to give in order to simplify matters. In an ideal scenario, moving to cloud would be a very good start, but you have mentioned you don't have that option. So removing all 3rd party and running stock will remove many variables that could cause you issues.

Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.   6. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
  7. Our IP lookup will provide information based on a free IP geolocation database (maxminds free one in this case), as with many other services. There are some services which will give closer locations such as the one you have used there, however these are no integrations with those that we provide at present. Ours will give only an approximate location based on free databases
  8. Sorry, we still appear to be missing each other here. We need everything you have added. Zapier works on "When x happens do y", and we only have the latter part from your screenshot
  9. Before we continue here, is the wrong IP address showin, or just that the information provided with it you believe to be incorrect?
  10. I would suggest testing this on a default unaltered theme, with no 3rd party items enabled. The software will actually select on 2 or more pages of a post. If it is not and you have tested in this manner, I would need an example on your site I can take a look at

I would advise on taking a look through the following topic, as this has been discussed at length in there bearing in mind, this is not something that will disappear any time soon, but in the same respect will not be in version 5. This said, you could actually use forums, and set a forum so that only they can see their own topic, and staff. So they can post a topic that only staff can see

  13. Is this happening every time? Have you tried logging in again after clearing browser cache first of all?
  14. I logged it to see if I can see anything there, but unfortunately, the login details on file are not up to date. If you are getting a blank page however, thats something the server will be logging, and your hosting company should be able to tell you exactly what that is
  15. Looking at the ticket, there isnt anything to do at present. It's a bug we are aware of, that hasnt yet been resolved.
  16. I'm not sure the issue you are reporting here is an issue with the software, unfortunately. If the back button on your browser isn't taking you back to where you were previously, that would be a browser issue.

  18. You would need to contact a server administrator to do this for you, if you are unsure how to use Azure. Azure itself is just a cloud environment, so the question there is actually quite vague in nature. The invision platform will run on any environment that meets the software's minimum requirements, provided it is configured correctly.
  19. We would need more information on what you have before this. What you have there is correct for a criteria of filtering only if the forum name contains certain text, however it doesn't show what exactly you are filtering.
  20. Yes, this is what you need to do. If you are unsure where to find the error, you would need to ask your hosting company. However if you cannot find that, just get it to that point and let us know
  21. Ok hidden those just to keep things tidy. I can see a reference to cleantalk. Not sure if that is something you have installed? What I would suggest here is getting to that same point again first of all. Then you can check the error logs as soon as it hits that point. If you then still have an issue, ensure access details are up to date and let us know. Do not revert it as we then can't see what the issue is.
  22. On first look, they dont appear to be our standard database templates there. Please could you confirm if this is the case?
  23. You should upload all files and overwrite any in the package, merging folders. Any files which shouldnt be overwritten, were created (therefore not in the download)

  25. No problem. I would suggest before reverting next time, getting hold of the server error logs and posting them for us to see what the issue is.
