For downloads app.
can buy a "featured download placement". Use points to purchase adding a download (which was already uploaded by respective user) to featured downloads list.  
This is kind of like my idea for an entirely different hook. My other hook is allow a featured download spot to be purchased in store using commerce and real money. but that is for a different thread.

You create a page.  A page is something that you put other stuff on, like editor blocks, registration blocks, and database blocks.  
Create a database.  In the settings, choose a page (or create a new one).  Databases store articles and records, which will show up on your page.  

Hi How do I get a version with no watermark/copyright on the bottom?

I haven't installed it yet, but I did not realize that it has a watermark/copyright on the bottom.
I may have missed that part in the description.

I made some progress doing just that. My issue is that I am running into needing to know how to use pages. One of the reasons I have never used pages is because I don't understand what a "database" (with regard to pages is) I don't get the articles thing, categories.. all of it Pages is the most confusing app of all. I was hoping that this app from Fosters would automate all the confusing parts for me but looks like it won't

I'm really interested in potentially buying this app but I was wondering if there were plans to add a shop feature like ibEconomy had? One where users could purchase member title changes, display name changes, etc. and even custom items that are displayed in the postbit? I read some of the replies about integrating the app with Commerce but I'm looking for more of a "virtual" shop. I won't be selling any physical items for the points. 

Yes Please I would love that. The other plugin has been removed, and we really need something more.
We use the plugin as main content on a page where it works like a social hub for our community.
I would really love to:
1. Be able to set reactions for each status directly on the widget.
2. And that rich media embeds were shown in the widget
3. And that there was pagination to show more.
4. And an settings option to always show comments just as it does in the activity stream for status updates.

Also really need a way to add reactions to status and replies. Hoping you can do this.

seems to be missing in action, is it possible that you can upgrade this status plugin to allow images, youtube vid and other rich media embeds? I use it as the main social media feed on my site and am badly suffering without it.

It will be better to wait for @Adriano Faria to update it then to take let's say a hack of it ( I call it hack because it is not my work and I would be annoyed if someone edited mine and gave it to my customers ), I have put everything in a post above to what needs doing so hopefully he won't need to search through it all etc to find the errors etc, I have tested it already on my live site with them edits and its fine, and the tasks for the renewals no longer through a error they now send the mails

would be neat if the icon went away when there were no verification's needed. similar to how the report icon goes away.

It's better to hide the topics from selected members, the blocked member can create a new account if he/she sees the message

Search Functionality as a topic is blowing up. So many folks politely asking for this to be addressed soon. Lindy just said something about it not being addressed until next year.  At first I thought GRRRRR, then I remembered... it's December   LOL

NEW FEAUTRES
Members can now set their private uploads to be viewed by their selected members Regardless of the admin settings of viewing and downloading, if the uploader has given other members permissions to view they will be able to view and download the files (This was done on purpose)
The PDF will come soon, I actually done everything for it and it worked perfect on localhost then once installed on my site it didn't show as the server permissions denied access to the file, (localhost was fine) I will need to look into it a bit more and see what's what
 

I will be getting the downloads and other apps soon so I will be able to do all that for it then probably.
At the minute they can only view the private ones them selfs but I don't think it will be too hard to add that feature, and in the my media bit put a edit section to add the members, I will look into it and get back to you in a day or 2

Any suggestions for this app? I'm willing to release a new version in a couple of weeks.
