ADKGamers reacted to Daddy in Activity Stream +Options
The activity stream is a great feature but it lacks the filter options and prevents overall customization of feeds. Here's a few examples of filtering I would like to see included out of the box. I have a category to greet members and birthdays that spam the feed and I currently have no option to hide them.
Filter by Tags
Along side only pulling certain tags there should be an option to exclude certain tags. For example, topics I don't want to be shown on the default stream I can add the tag: Private without having obey with the topic permission settings.
Filter by Category
Allowing or disallowing certain categories from displaying on the default stream to allow webmasters to prevent certain categories or create exclusive streams for any one or multiple categories to display on one feed.
Filter by Group
This concept can easily be nulled by the filter by tags and category submission but adds another universal filter for webmasters to utilize. This option can also bypass the filters by simply disallowing certain groups' posts from displaying such as the group System that a lot of communities have. As said above I have my system greet members and birthdays via threads that spam my default stream like crazy.
Please consider these additions as it would give more freedom to webmaster to customize their streams to accommodate their setups.

I can't reproduce none of those issues. It would be VERY surprising one app doesn't work AT ALL as you point, at this stage.
Anyway, as you seem to NOT understand, I will support you if you post your issue in the right channel. So if you believe you've found a bug, submit a bug to my Tracker, AS I REQUESTED, and it will be checked.
Thank you.
PS: one isse per bug reported.

Curiously, it works fine in my support board and in other 5 client's board I could see now:
So I'm curious to see what happens there.
Submit bugs and send a PM in the support forum with ACP access. I'll take a look.

Yeah this is the big one for me.
Having it be it's own separate page is kind of annoying. even having the forms list as a widget would be good too, so it's not another page that is hard to customise.

Regarding support: You are naturally well within your rights to not allow the author access to your community, either a login or filesystem access etc.
However you must bear in mind that this will limit their ability to help you if they have a need for access. This is not dissimilar to say requesting 'official' support via the Client Area for say a Gallery problem but not providing any form of access to said site.
Its obviously your call if you wish to allow the author or not, all I can say is as I've already put it does limit their options to assist without being able to 'see' the problem first hand.
One option here is perhaps if you can duplicate this issue is to setup a 'test site' and when the issue is present there, provide access to that ?

ADKGamers got a reaction from TSP in What is the point of activity stream?
Verified with a ticket that it's not something that can be returned at this time, but believes it is being talked internally so should be added soon.
Hopefully sooner than later, that was one of the things that we've been "living without" for a while now, but would love to have it back.

Probably removed... I just tested on 4.1.13.2 and it doesn't appear anymore when you click on Topics.

Afraid you'll have to wait for the next version. Won't be long though, need to get it out to fix some issues that will appear in 4.1.14.

@Adriano Faria can I make two suggestions?
1) Perhaps the option where admins can enforce a reason, rather than it just being optional
2) An option where it transfers all the users' content across to another dummy account (one that we create ourselves) so it doesn't show up as a guest that posted the content

I'm sorry about that quote, cannot get rid of it on mobile...
@almax maybe, I'll see if this is feasible but after multiple uid support and the management stuff.

Yep, spot on. Very much likely today.
Wasn't planned but I'll bump it up and try my best to include it this update.
Check back within a few hours and the new version should have this fixed.

I'm thinking he'll probably have forms done tomorrow. (Well today. . Tuesday) He's upgraded a few of his other apps already and pushed those so I don't think this one is far behind. Kind of in the same boat as you, but it's only just one form that's not working so I guess we're lucky. haha

Most of the features are already as suggested.
Default will be none. Forcing to enter a UUID will be a group setting.
Profile Field, no. But I will be adding an option to show the field on register form.
I don't really think that admins should be able to change a users UUID.

ADKGamers reacted to almax in TS3 Integration
I believe the suggestion of "None" (see below) would work for that, unless I am reading your post wrong.
Then you could set the groups that you do not want to enforce it on to None so it does not effect them.

That's not possible. If you're not following the proper upgrade steps the database will not be converted.
However, there's a feature coming that might be of interest for both you and a few others.
When enabled, changes to the location field in the profile will update/create a map marker. It doesn't go the other way, though. Updating on the map will not update the profile.
And you have the option to import members with a location in the profile, but does not have one in the map. It enabled a task which runs once a day, and import 100 members per go. This is done to keep the number of API calls down. Remember that you only have 15000 API calls pr month.
EDIT: Again, if you have a test install and you want to test this, please send me a message.
