I noticed right off that past versions had speed issues, but so far I have not noticed issues with 4.1.

The last bit about showing multiple users sharing the same device is very important to me as an admin.  Very nice addition!  If you can take this one step further and create a page that shows ALL devices with multiple users, that would be an extremely useful report.  This allows you to more easily catch people creating multiple accounts, especially handy to help catch trolls who are trying to evade a ban.

The messages actually go away after some time. They don’t stay on your board forever. 

There was the hidden 'Trashcan" forum in the past where deleted posts and topics would be moved to.  I miss this, because you could keep these deleted items indefinitely, allowing you to go back and look at deleted content if you needed to for some reason.

Excellent.  Ability to copy an event to another date would make it perfect!

Great, but without repeating events on say every 3rd Monday the calendar is not used to the full.

Great to see a reminders function finally implemented!  I can actually use my Calendar for important events with confidence now.

Should include
- Time in hours or minutes (eg. 1 hr before event starts) 
- other forms or notifications like modal pop-up, desktop notification, and inline notification

Please can you include the option to be reminded of member's birthdays that are already in the calendar as well as events. Currently the forthcoming events widget doesn't give you an option to include them, or better still a built-in dedicated 'Forthcoming birthdays/anniversaries' (anniversary of registering in the community) style widget would also be great, as opposed to just 'Today's Birthdays'.
My members like to post birthday topics on the special day for their friends, but often have to rely on the Today's Birthday's widget if they haven't manually checked the calendar each week, it often leads to belated birthday messages.

Thank goodness. I've been waiting for this feature forever. Who ever heard of a commercial calendar product without a reminders feature? 
Will we be able to set up automatic reminders for members of specific groups (as administrators)?
Also, I assume that if the event is recurring  if you have an active notification, you will receive a notification every time the event recurs, until you cancel it. Is that accurate?

I think this is a great addition...and pardon me for blowing my own feedback horn here, but since we're talking about increased importance of tags, I think a good next step would be to implement an AND tag-search on the Advanced Search page in addition to the OR default.

Do you think it might be a good idea to add an option to state that a post has been moderator-approved?  I mean, if my students are discussing the history of slavery and its discourses, one can't really do that without using the word "nigger."  To avoid the kneejerk backlash terms like this can provoke, maybe adding "this post has been moderated and approved" or "this post has been moderator approved" could save some misunderstanding?

You have to add it.
Customization -> Editor -> Drag and drop it onto each menu you want.
