Thanks @Marc Stridgen I've removed some 3rd party apps already and kept the ones that are only really needed!

All I can suggest at this point is to monitor, and if it happens again, disable all 3rd party applications and monitor again.

Same thoughts. Looks great! Ads are a priority for me as well. I would love to see new and creative ways to monetize in v5. I don’t run any sites without monetization/ income, otherwise I would shut them all down.

Any way to run a system task to download all the Giphy images referenced in existing posts, save those images to your site's storage, and to rebuild the posts with Giphy links to link to your site's storage?
Seems like something you would want to do before deactivating Giphy.
Maybe this should be built into Invision Community?

I thought that but can't see anything dodgy in the header. I'll ask Giphy if I can and report back.

    Hello!
Using Stripe we can implement Apple & Google Pay support but it currently does not support automatic renewals to subscriptions. I think having this option is a great addition and would generate extra revenue for any community selling subscriptions.
    Hoping this gets implemented.
    Thank you!

Open the PWA...  the bell appears when you click the hamburger menu.

Click that bell, and then "Notification Settings".
Make sure push notifications are enabled.  (You need to do this per device.)

Finally make sure you have specific notifications set for what you want pushed.

I'm not trying to antagonise you, I recognise you spend a lot of time helping and advising around the forums, but you've suggested a sledge hammer to crack a walnut, on someone else's server who at the end of the day you/we don't know anything about.
I'm suggesting that there are probably more cautious or better ways to go about this by enabling or deactivating specific features and functionality. You have to remember that other people are reading this as well.
With IPS being a paid for solution (and not cheap!) which is officially supported, there should be an official guidance page in the help section, preferably before they started to deactivate features! We shouldn't be stressing over this now, just because IPS want people to migrate to their preferred eco system and they have to some extent left us twisting in the wind. Our CDN does caching doesn't mean a lot to those not using Cloudfront.
In theory perhaps. IPS has never always set the correct headers and cookie values for all areas of the site, look at the pigs ear that was made of S3 storage. I seem to recall that cookies were included with a response, the Cloudflare CDN wouldn't cache a response. That's why you needed the bypass on cookie option, which was fine if you were not on the free plan.
You're including headers from Cloudfront and comparing the end result with Cloudflare, which isn't the same type of CDN at all.

No worries, I think to be honest, I'd rather see a proper dedicated section added to the support docs, as opposed to having to find a post or two with the relevant settings to use, no offence to I think it was Jim who shared his methodology.
    Just thinking aloud...
I think adding support for the Cloudflare API perhaps as a Community Enhancement could be useful ...
for providing a way to only clear html pages and not all content including images, videos, the kitchen sink etc, plus... for fine grain control when specific content has been updated like a new post, topic or article. It would be nice to be able to see some stats in the AdminCP Dashboard the ability to add a list of pages to never cache, one per line, supporting wildcards (3rd party plugins could hook into or extend) and to be able to have a 'preload' option to effectively prime the cache after clearing, say for all main index pages and maybe top 20 content items, or maybe use the sitemap to help prime the cache. To add blocklist IP addresses, bots etc. I like idea of CF Workers being there as a backup, also should headers do get mangled by Apache, a plugin inadvertently sends whitespace in the header or CF decides to do its own thing and cache stuff it shouldn't. Edge cases I know.

If you don't know what you're doing, I would highly recommend against trying to "mass run" anything.
You also don't run anything from PHP.  It's run from within mySQL itself.  Before you do anything, make sure you have a full backup, etc.
From within mySQL, to generate a list of everything to convert:
    SET @DATABASE_NAME = 'YOURDBNAME'; SELECT CONCAT('ALTER TABLE `', table_name, '` ENGINE=InnoDB;') AS sql_statements FROM information_schema.tables AS tb WHERE table_schema = @DATABASE_NAME AND `ENGINE` = 'MyISAM' AND `TABLE_TYPE` = 'BASE TABLE' ORDER BY table_name DESC; It will give you output like:
ALTER TABLE 'something' ENGINE=InnoDB; ALTER TABLE 'blah' ENGINE=InnoDB; ALTER TABLE 'another_name' ENGINE=InnoDB; ALTER TABLE 'sometable' ENGINE=InnoDB; Just copy/paste all of those ALTER TABLE lines in a single copy/paste.
Again...  make sure you have a backup if you do this.  I take no responsibility if you break your site or for unintended consequences, etc.  (It is a relatively minor change, so it should be fine...  but generally I don't suggest for people to play in the database unless they're very comfortable with what they're doing.

Just turn off archiving.  It will bring it back for you.

When you turn it off, you'll see:

Choose to restore topics that don't match the new archive settings.
Remember...  this does not happen real-time, so it may take a few days to do.  It's done in small batches in the background.

LemonGrenade reacted to Randy Calvert in Transferred forum and now stuck with archive problem
If you've gone back to the original host, turn off archiving and bring it back all into a single database.  Once done, you can move it back to the new location and setup archiving again, but just telling it to put it into a different table.
  22. Thanks
LemonGrenade reacted to Randy Calvert in Transferred forum and now stuck with archive problem
PHP can talk to ALL databases. It just means if you ever have to use phpMyAdmin or something similar you have to manually switch to that domain. It’s an extra step to manage, but it should absolutely be possible.
By the way… the worse you risk is it not working and you lost a little time. 🙂

Definitely agree with this. I thought the General Stats were actually part of the community by default until I saw the older plugin active in ACP.
