I am quite disappointed for two reasons:
1.  I paid you to install and at least link both apps several months ago -- and it still has not been done.  I can understand your desire to create/market your own,. but meanwhile we are left with nothing....
2.  I've voiced the issue of "where do I go for support" being unclear before.  I use several plug-ins or apps - not just yours.  Having to go to each of the developers own sites to try to keep up with what's going on with each is a real challenge for us users, since there's no direct links from the ACP, like there is for the IPS apps. Instead, I follow the discussions here. I can perhaps see the need to keep your "Bug Tracker" on your own site, but to require each user to use your own Support boards -- while you are obviously using this one here, is a poor practice... 

I got an extra field in Downloads, for example (this is a model, happens in any app), with option to search:

Those two (yelllow) fields are profile fields, so the user can search for them.
That doesn't happen on Extra Fields model. My Extra Field do not appear in the Advanced Search form:

No sign of the Extra Field there.
What's the point in allow the user to add a bunch of extra fields and do not retrieve records based on them?
I would like to request the addition of Extra Fields in the Advanced Search form, when the app uses it.

Agreed, if the field is important enough to be collected, it should be important enough to be able to be searched upon.  It is very limiting to not allow that and defeats the purpose of custom fields.

Any ETA for this needed feature?

Thanks Adriano.  I have a request.  Is there a chance you can rename the app and drop the word "directory"?  Right now it shows up in my menu as "Links Directory" and I'd like to see it shortened to save space.  You could call it "Links" and I think the point would come across fine.  Just an idea, not sure if others want their menu items shorter..

I would say that markers should optionally be subject to approval. Not sure comments are required. 

Browser cache. Delete it after you switch language.
I have no intentions to keep two versions of the same app up to date. Why should we spend hours adding features that don't benefit all our users? Do keep in mind that this is sort of a "Community Project". Those who want to can contribute. And if we did do a "Pro" version, how do you suggest we split the income? Just post your suggestions here, here, or here.

Now onto something exciting, I'm currently working on moving custom marker management from the ACP to the public side. Regular members will be able to add them, if they have permission. One question from me to you regarding that. Is there a need to be able to comment/review these custom markers? Please explain why.

Is there a way in which a persons location is added to the map, it will add a link to the profile in topic view. Where we have custom fields, could members map use the Location field and make it a link to redirect the location on a bing maps/google maps?

What do you guys think of this as a way to control the various maps used in the app?

Did you also change the permission of the Member Groups (not only the application permissions..) if not go to:
ACP/Members/Groups/your group/click the pencil icon/Member Map/change the permissions

Seen some forums in authorpane Location: Canada  - The Canada would be a link which takes you straight to a map be it google or bing.

Ok, I will think about this idea.

If you really want to control the opinions or questions about one of your products, than I might suggest, dropping the forums, and only allow users to post to the Market Place after they have bought the product, because you have to actually buy the product to post a question (review).
If I have questions about a product, I will not buy it until all my questions are answered. Just because you don't like the questions posted doesn't mean you should come back with a personal attack on one of your clients.
