  1. You make me wish my "F Yeah" reaction was here. Or "Agree" or any of my fun ones were here.
  2. The problem is that the post container doesn't have the member group anywhere on it. You would need to add it manually to be able to refer to it in CSS.
  3. If you want a positive place you make it with how you handle things and people. Adding a barrier to posting IS a nuisance for all. People get annoyed having to accept a Terms of Service in the first place and now you want to make them accept it EVERY TIME THEY POST!? That's ludicrous and will only earn ire of "Why do I have to do this every time?" and "Is there a way to auto check this so I don't have to do it every time I post? Everything I say is kind," sort of complaints and asks from your members. You will also get people asking "Why do you need this?" and "Where did my post go?" because they posted and clicked away to go do something else and forgot the check box. If you want it, get it commissioned. There is no reason for this to be in core now or in the future.
  4. Read nuisance and people will check it and STILL not give two damns about it. Its a barrier for posting and NOTHING more.
  5. Doesn't matter, this issue is exclusive to images in posts not being re-sizable when you double click on them.
  6. This would be lovely and satisfying but the issue is it is behaving like a standard update notification. In this case returning regularly across many platforms to poke me about this update I can’t install. My suggestion is, no matter how important IPS is making it, even if it’s a security patch, if I can’t install it with my lapsed license, the notification shouldn’t come up. The priority in this case should be whether I can download it or not. At the moment a 105 dollar renewal is impossible for me regardless of how important it is.
  7. They normally don't show update notifications if your license is expired. In this case it was a patch and shouldn't have shown up for the same reason.
  8. @SecondSight You'll need to edit either: forums > front > index > forumRow This is the table view one. OR forums > front > index >forumGridItem This is for grid view. And change this: {number="$count" format="short"} to just: {number="$count" format="long"}
  9. I think the concept is moderately interesting but I certainly wouldn't want to "accept a terms of service" every time I submit something, at least not personally.
  10. They actually posted in that thread that they are looking into it however it requires an app now and so that's why its removed for now.
  11. If they are oauth you can already do that.
  12. Facebook requires an app for them to work now so they have been removed for now:
  13. When you delete a donation goal it removes all data associated with it. This includes the name of the thing that people donated for. I would like to keep this information instead of deleting it so it would be nice to simply disable or deactivate a donation goal. It also helps if you want to re-enable/reactivate it later.
  14. I am broke right now and I can't renew my main IPS license. My big life issue has a big thing to do this for me but regardless. My license expired a week or so ago and I just got notified of the security patch but since my license is expired I cannot update it. So please just make sure that it doesn't even show patches if we can't download them. Kind of pointless even if it is a security patch.
  15. This will never be something core in IPS. I would recommend you see about a plugin developer to create it.
  16. @Arman Galstyan I believe @DawPi is offering to make it for a fee.
  17. I mean I have an old iPad. I think its about 6+ years old. I don't have the problem on my sites. I know because I was using my iPad exclusively for the past two weeks. I use Chrome and all of my sites are on 4.5. If this worked: Like you said it did then the problem isn't the iPad but the site in question isn't loading something properly.
  18. Looks like something isn’t loading correctly for you.
  19. The embeds ALWAYS open in a new tab/window (no matter if its internal or external): This is an embed. It will open in a new tab! However. New Windows is normally a behavior of the browser, not the link or if you're hold "shift" when you click on a link. Beyond that we would need to see the site. The behavior hasn't changed from my side.
  20. I honestly am only guessing because its a picture. That's normally the CSS that surrounds those but there might be other selectors that its using. I'm not looking at the code.
  21. If you don't allow your members to user member search, then no. This doesn't change the fact that overall adding in custom theming based on group is a pain in the butt as it stands right now. The only thing that you get to customize easily is the display of a users name which is fabulous for sites that, that's all they want. However you want to make other changes and whatnot (anywhere) and you're having to dig in. I can/have and do, do it, its not for me. Its for users like this: There are dozens of others as well asking similar questions even for changing the post highlighting on post or custom borders like what I do on my site.
  22. This is actually working as intended. The issue you're having there with the big checks showing is that it looks like the image is tiny and the CSS was likely changed. .ipsCoverPhoto_container { background: black !important; } Add that to the bottom of your custom CSS to override the behavior.
