This plugin will limit topic views for guests in last 24 hours, which can make the number of new users grow considerably in your community. Your topics will continue to be indexed because bots (Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc.) are not taken into consideration for the restriction.
Settings:
Number of visits allowed per day Forums where to apply the restriction Message error. The message error is translatable, which means that you can use a specific message for each language you have installed on your board.

I'd agree Given the inconvenience of the visitor to 'cheat' to continue see more such as clearing their cookie data or switching IP's, its quicker for them to spend < 1 minute registering in the first place.

Just submitted one:
It's based on IP Address only. I think there's no sense in tie it to cookes or user-agent, since the user could easily workaround this by using another browser or clearing cookies.

Yep!  Just saw it and wanted to correct it but that bit isn't forward-facing.

This plugin will create a new topic every time a user gets warned. If the user was already warned, a new post on his topic will be created.
Settings:
Topic/Post Author Topic Title Post Content, with several variables to be used Increment author content count Forum (where to create the topic/posts) Groups (users that will have a topic created when they got warned)  
Note:
Due to the rework on plugin (every new resource has to be done from the scratch to run on  IPS4), a new purchase is required. Thank you for your understanding.

Oh yes, language bits from the old version. This is not required now because new version is integrated to login system, so the Core handles that now. There's a global setting on ACP to set this.

Hi, @Adriano Faria, I'm a new buyer of your wonderful application  
Here is my question: In the languages files I see, that there is some kind of "Lockout System" could be enabled, with many "Lockout Settings" and "Lockout time". But I cannot find , where should we enable this moment, and where to change the settings for the Lockout time?
Could you please advice, where to search these settings for, or was this feature removed in the previous versions?

I don't think there is. There's only way for me, which is add a new version. There's only one way for you which is upgrade your install. I really never tested if plugins upgrade update language bits. If so, in this case, it is a "core" thing.
I'll ask them and will let you know.
