I have few suggestions for this:)
REST API for ideas
Fire a webhook when somebody votes on an item and also when an item gets marked as completed.
 

 

BTW, why are you using the confirmedDelete method inside the markCompleted

		\IPS\Session::i()->csrfCheck();

		\IPS\Request::i()->confirmedDelete();

There's really no need for this AND it's quite confusing when one gets the deletion confirmation message;)

I really like this plugin and would have a few suggestions and I actually wouldn't mind to pay for a "premium" version to get development "faster" or just in general.

How about adding and option, so everyone can vote (even people without an account), this would be really useful in special situations. Ofc would need to kinda track who votes in terms of IPs etc, but still, I think this could be useful and a lot of feedback board have this feature.

Maybe adding "Tags" like "In Consideration", "Accepted", "Working on", "Done/Implemented" and "Declined" (Guess custom strings/values would be the best) instead of just "Mark as Complete".
Those tags should be also visible on the Forum Post later on somewhere (if enabled)
(I use this plugin also as a "Bug report" board, it  makes it easy to track.

Allowing "negative" votes, so bad ideas that are not needed can be voted down and even rated negatively.

Making the "Discussion Topic" more visible or better said a "Button" (also in the Topic post later on aka vise versa)

 

Adding a "Category" option like forums, so people can post within it and It's just there for "order"/containing sub categories.

 

There is still a text missing here:

Those buttons are for some reason really white (maybe theme problem and not from your plugin but its only them)

Hi,

We could use that for our voting system instead of like (reputations)  as we used now, but:

1 - How it look on threads view?

2 - Can be sorted in threads view like high vote, completed .. etc.

3 - Can be only used in selected forums?

I tried everything but I can not create ideas
I thought it might open a category and forum dedicated to it but probably not
I do not see any button or option to open a new idea, how does it work?

Hello, after installing the app, you need to create at least one category there:

Then you need to add an item to the menu:

This completes the setup.

I have a question however, when a normal user posts an idea, he can choose if another user can vote negatively (see image), is it possible to disable this option? I would like that all ideas can be rated negatively regardless of the user's will, or maybe leave this option only to certain roles

First thing the app is even better than I thought !!!

after i test this app i would be happy to give a suggestion for improvement

I noticed that after I close a voting, the status of the idea disappears
I suggest that the status should remain to show if the idea was accepted or canceled after the voting closed, so other users who want to suggest a new idea will be able to see which ideas were not accepted and in fact they will not repeat the same idea.

I also agree with Emaxo about leaving the negative vote all the time

I'm playing with this plugin a lot, I really like it, but I found another bug, the rss feed is not working, it just display a 404 page

• Choosing groups for negative votes. If no groups is selected, negative votes will work automatically.
• After the voting is closed, the status remains displayed and changeable.
• Fixed bug with latest ideas RSS-feed.
• Added missing language strings.
• Some bug fixes.
