Jordano Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 https://worldvapers.com/index.php?/new-content/ - this is giving a configuration error for us post 4.0.7 upgrade about 10 cache clears and still nothing
RevengeFNF Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 @CharlesI almost opened a critical ticket just now after upgrading to 4.0.7.After upgrading my site lost all the css. I went to Admin CP without CSS, searching for the support to clean the cache, and it was not easy at all. Because some parts of the site got css, other not. It was a completely mess. For luck, i did found it, cleaned the cache and my site was fine again. Please, make the upgrader clean the cache at the end of it. I don't want to do this again in 4.0.8.
Owdy Posted June 2, 2015 Author Posted June 2, 2015 Every upgrade has broken something in 4-series. This time i wait 4.0.7.1

RevengeFNF Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Another question, In 4.0.6.1 my background tasks were locking in Rebuild Content Images. Now they are not locking but Rebuild Content Images disappeared. Is this normal?
OrahChris Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Does IPB provide a change log after each update/release?

Vikestart Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Upgrade was smooth on both of my installations. Thanks a bunch to the IPS team for MySQL guest caching I've definitely noticed an increase in speed.
3DKiwi Posted June 2, 2015 Posted June 2, 2015 Just upgraded. Edit fields / editor fields for typing in were missing. Some stuff in ACP not visible. I had to recache things from Support in the ACP. i.e. click on "Something isn't working". That resolved things.
Management Lindy Posted June 2, 2015 Management Posted June 2, 2015 The cache is supposed to be rebuilding now on upgrade in 4.0.7. I will make sure that happens in the next release.
