When setting a product to allow a single purchase only, instead of blocking access to viewing the details of the package, wouldn't it be better to still show the details, but show a message regarding already owning the package and disable the add to cart button? This way they are still able to easily reference what they purchased without going into the Billing and Purchases area. Additionally there seems to be several issues with product information display when viewing past purchases in the Billing and Purchases area: On the main Orders -> View Details page it only lists the title of the package, not any of the information in the original product description or the in…

There should be more options available for customizing the display of the products in your store. Some that I can think of off the top of my head are: Ability to manually order featured and/or new products on the store home page.Ability to specify grid or list view for featured and/or new products on the store home page.Ability to specify grid or list view as default when viewing a store category.Ability to specify default sort by when viewing a store category.

In 3.X, we were able to edit a title without going into it and editing the first post. In 4.0, there is no way (or I miss it) to do the same. Can you re-add this option in a future release ?

The colorizer seems like a good idea, but I don't understand why I can't paste a color code in it? I need the colors to match an exact input color, so I was a bit surprised I could not do it.

The delta update system is indeed very useful, especially for people like me who has a rather limited internet down/up speed. However, I was wondering why it isn't possible to have the server directly download and apply the update, just like WordPress does. You'd never have to leave the ACP to update at all. This would be incredibly useful, especially when you're managing multiple IPS installations like I am. Having to download, unzip and upload manually for all them every time there is an update is a bit of a hazzle...

Hello, I only have 1 subscription product and am just putting a direct link to that product on the navbar called "Go Premium". I don't need a link to the store because there's only 1 product anyway. Can't seem to figure out how to remove the Store link without disabling the whole thing. Am I missing something here?

Upload a profile pic, and crop. If it does not look right you should be able to re-crop w/o re-uploading. The photo is not physically cropped, as seen when clicking, so this should be possible. Thanks

Hey guys, I just caught up with the last two versions of the suite and noticed that the pagination has been changed for mobile. I think that it's much better in general, however one oddity is that beneath the thread titles there is just one wide page shortcut. In the previous versions this pagination showed up as a series of the last several pages, just like in the tablet and desktop breakpoints. This seems like a strange choice as no functionality or usability has been gained from this, but some has been lost. Is this definitely the way it's meant to be, or is it a bug? I've attached the pagination I'm referring to for clarity.

Hello, What would be the issues behind the donation goals in Commerce having a start and end date. I ask this as my community works on a monthly donation system and we have to reset the goal every month. Would this be possible within Commerce? So so basically you'd set a goal with an end date. When that end date is achieved that goal becomes inactive and the next goal would start. Any comments on this would be appreciated.

Please, add a field type PRICE in core, removing it from Nexus. We have apps that uses only Paypal, for example, an option for those who doesn't want to buy Commerce app, and today there's no way to work with any kind of money field and use several currencies like we do with Nexus. Thank you.

I apologize if I'm blind and missed this. Is this in 4.x? (Edit template code + Compare Differences, Revert, Variables...) Or, was it removed as well? I see Designer's Mode, and you can edit skin data directly in the server's folder. I guess this replaced all the tools shown below? After you upgrade to 4.x. And then another version of 4.x is released with a revised template--is there a Template Merge Center like there was in 3.x? How do you manage differences?

Hi there, On a member's profile reputation page, that would be much better to have by default all the reputation for this member, instead of having the "Profile comments" selected by default. Currently, we often got a blank page: … and then we have to click on countless tabs to see what happened for this member: That would be much handier to have at the top of the left menu an "All Reputation" tab, like for the member's Activity page. Member search needs type-ahead like the Author field has. You don't always remember the exact spelling of a name. It works in the Author field but that disappears when you click Member and we are supposed to use the Search Term field. "Search Term" is also a bit confusing. Maybe use the Author field which already has type-ahead build in. IPB 3 used the Author field. You could rename it Member when you are searching for members. But using the Search Term field is not the best. Thanks

I run a mental health support forum, which means our community tends to be the perfect stew of vulnerable people and people who have no problem taking advantage of them. Predators are a real problem. This is fairly serious as far as missing features go.

Click a filter or time period in New Content and you wait 5 seconds for it to process. If switching filters this is a real pain. Takes forever.Also on mobile once you click a filter the menu closes but multi-select is possible so it should stay open, and needs a close button.Also the multi-select should be rethought in general. A lot of those combos don't make sense and some are not possible.PS. Tested on this site (IPS). Thanks

Is there a trick for doing an exact match username search in the IPS 4.0 admin control panel? For example, say I have 230,000 users, and 500 of them have "David" somewhere in their username, how do I find the user with exact name "David"? I've tried putting the name in quotes in the search box, both the simple search and the advanced search, but to no avail.

I really wish you would extend your documentation of ip content / pages or whatever you call it now.....it's terrible. I went from 3.4 and figured out what I needed to do...only to find out it's totally different in 4.0. Now I feel like i Wasted 15 bucks to go back to content because it's nothing like 3.4 nor can I find any decent tutorials on how to accomplish ANYTHING ! Who actually designed the gui or the logic behind this system? It makes no sense at all......feeling ripped off.

OK I thought about this seeing as file submitters can download there own files they get the ability to post a "review" on files they have uploaded. What if submitter could post a reply to reviews that are given to the files. This would allow the submitter to ether explain things to other members that might want to download the file
