Is there a trick for doing an exact match username search in the IPS 4.0 admin control panel?

For example, say I have 230,000 users, and 500 of them have "David" somewhere in their username, how do I find the user with exact name "David"?

I've tried putting the name in quotes in the search box, both the simple search and the advanced search, but to no avail.

I had the same issue and bugged it here. No reply yet.
