When the setting Minimum content count to post is set in a forum user simply doesn't understand why he can't post there. There is no any tips or explanation that he needs to reach N posts to be able to post in this forum. It confuses users a lot. They simply refuse from further attempts because they think this forum is not for them forever. My suggestion is to add an explanation and to clearly indicate why a user can't post here and what should he do to be able to post.

I have been trying to clear out my Inactive Members and cannot believe that there is currently NO WAY to achieve this. If a Member logs in anonymously he won't register as active, so could visit daily but never show. I fully understand the purpose of logging in anonymously on the front end, but surely as site Administrator I should be able to know that a member has logged in/visited the site? The way things currently are I CANNOT clear out old accounts because I cannot positively say which are being used. Seems a big gap in the software in my opinion

Hi My organisation has a central administrative postal address and engage a separate dispatch company for commerce goods fulfilment. As a result there is a specific email address shop@ and a separate postal address for shop dispatch and goods returns. One feature I was shocked to see seems to have gone AWOL between 3.4.x and 4.X is the ability to specify a separate outgoing shop email address. The separation of suite/billing/support email addresses was added to IP.Nexus in May 2013 Minor Workflow Enhancements in IP.Nexus 1.5.8 and needs re-implementing in 4.x. Please can you consider adding the ability to automatically publish new topics, posts and content via the Promote feature to Twitter, Google+ etc. At the moment it seems you can only manually cherry pick content, which means retaining and relying on third party other apps like Hootsuite or Feedburner's Socialize option, so that preview summaries of new content (a few words followed by link to the full content on IPS) is streamed 24/7. It really seems like a missed functionality if the engine is there to do it. Many thanks.

In a response to a Support Request, it was suggested that I provide my request here: 1. I would like to be able to promote content to either a Facebook Group or a Facebook Page -- not just to a Page. Our club (not to be confused with an IPS Club feature) has both a FB Page and FB Group. They are interlinked on Facebook, but the vast majority of the traffic is on the FB Group. Note that if I do a Facebook Share (instead of an IPS Promote) that I can select to share to either a page or a group. 2. Hi there I am currently strugling and starting to hate IPB for attaching Images. When I add a few Images wich I turned on Windows and saved, everywhere they would be like I saved it. However IPB in this case iploads the Picture in the Original wrong direction. I thought I should buy IPB Gallery but as far as I understood its just a addon to add Galleries but its not connected to the Editor when creating a Post. Does anyone know a Good Addon or App to get a better experience with this.?

For some clubs it makes really sense to have an additional field for club join requests. People who want to join the club could send necessary informations (like brand name, reason for joining, ...).

If a global moderator is invited to a private club, joined it and is kicked from the club, he is not more able to see the content, even when he has the rights to be leader in all clubs. (2F173/H) This has to be fixed.

To ISP Support/Staff: Since the last series of Updates I've noticed that: When you select all/copy any text, be it a Message or a Post or anything from the Board, whatever was in Bold or Bold Italic does not remain intact when Pasting that copy back into a text field. Regular and Italic stays intact but anything Bold does not.

Is there an issue with the support workload lately? I have a ticket opened for 8 days without a reply, only thing that changed is that it moved to Tier II support. My previous tickets were also delayed (not as much though) which is unusual.

Not sure how long this has been like this but we have borders around the post emoticons using .ipsImage_thumbnailed { border: 1px solid #E2E2E2; padding: 1px; } Other than the fact it doesn't look the best,especially because emoticon backgrounds are usually transparent, but it also effects the line height in the post it's on. can we get a separate rule for this @Rikki Thank you

Hi Images are included in a range of emails sent by the suite such as a commerce invoice and refund emails (product images) and also general notification emails such as calendar events, followed topics etc (profile photos). When a newer profile image (avatar) or an improved product photo are updated all previously sent emails display the 'broken image symbol' and do not display the new current image. From a user perspective the product has not changed or in the case of the profile photo the person has not changed, just the image has been updated! Sorry if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find it by searching. When selecting the Twitter share icon on a gallery image, it simply shares a text link to the website. Is there any way for Twitter to post the actual picture of the gallery image when sharing? Thanks!

Seems to take 4 - 5 seconds for a page to load here at IPS Anyone else having same issue (am in UK using IE11) Do not have this issue using FF Can anyone confirm this happens to them as well using IE11 or if it is just me (perhaps might be because am in UK and maybe their 'cloud' is slow for the UK) ?

There should be a new permission setting in ACP -> Community -> Forums -> edit any forum -> Forum settings Tab -> Permissions Area which allows "Members without activated 2FA can see/use forum" | YES / NO Toggle Reason: It's an important security feature. There are forums, that I only want members to see/read/write if they use the additional 2FA security layer. Thanks.

It would be great to give Admins the option to select what the profile activity feed shows for users by default. It would be nice just to set the default profile activity feed view to Status Updates Only from the Admin Control Panel. Then allowing the visitor to select all activity if they want to see more.

This is something I saw happen at a board that I frequented years ago. Someone that had been promoted to an admin spot had a disagreement with the other staff members then proceeded to delete all of them and delete everything off the board. A lot of content was lost. I seem to recall some sort of plugin for IPB that enabled this - or maybe it was for another forum software (I've tried out many). I think it would be a useful feature.

A 'select all' function for codes... I had this when I was with SMF, and really liked it. I didn't realize how much I used it till I didn't have it anymore. I think it's pretty useful!
