I've got a site I manage for the owner and he holds a monthly dinner meeting on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Typically one of the staff ends up manually adding the dinner meeting entry every month. I use the calendar function as a personal thing so my staff knows when I'm around the site or not and I'm got stuff scheduled on the first Tuesday of the month.
