What is owed and calculating VAT I am sure that the majority of forums that are using Invision are not affected by this, either because they do hit the VAT threshold (£90k for UK businesses, 85k€ for EU businesses, £0/0€ for offshore businesses selling to UK/EU) or they are unaware of their VAT/Tax requirements. But as soon as a business needs to register for VAT this affects them. Digital Services, as I am currently aware are VATable at the standard rate, 20% in UK, different percentage in Europe depending on the country of consumption. Since the engine supports account registration and includes account profiles, it would be great to have the ability to set a custom tag or username for the profile, such as website.com/@nickname, instead of something like website.com/23423-nickname. Additionally, the same feature could be implemented for clubs, allowing them to set a custom tag or name as well. For example: website.com/clubs/@name, website.com/guilds/@name, or website.com/teams/@name, depending on how these groups are named on the specific website (e.g., clubs, communities, guilds, etc.).

The line break after profile fields in short posts causes too much vertical empty space. I suggest removing the break on simple field data like the STATE field example on the right. Until that's changed, could someone tell me how to make that adjustment happen by inserting code into a template or inserting custom css (in V5 Beta 8)?

I see Cloudflare recently released their own Captcha. Just wondering if IPS is going to implement it as an option in the future? I see their competitor has implemented it in an upcoming release. It would be too tedious for a Club leader/mod/admin to manually approve large numbers of club members. I suggest that members can be Promoted to a Club based on custom fields and criteria.

Could we request the implementation of the new BLIK payment method? It’s a rapidly growing payment standard in European countries and very convenient. Stripe allows for integration. It would be great to have it configurable in the commerce module. https://docs.stripe.com/payments/blik

Hello everyone, how are you? I would just like to suggest an improvement. I saw that you use the Club Forum system to display club forums alongside the site's regular forums. I thought the idea was incredible and I would really like there to be a way to display forums where I (the owner of my community) could show them to members specifically and where I could choose which forums and clubs would be displayed.

Please provide the Live Chat module (at least for Cloud clients) by reusing your continual bi-directional communication using NodeJS used in Live Topics, Live Notifications, Who is Typing, Who else is Here?, etc. The AJAX Chat app options are not scaling because they open a new connection for each user, process and continually poll the service and crashing the site frequently making it not look like cloud hosting. Please confirm if this is added to your Roadmap.

Why can't we keep this? I use this to embed a ton of things on pages. Whether custom PHP driven elements... to dynamic blocks that adapt to the user (based on non-forum items)... to changing visual elements based on mobile vs. desktop... endless list.

Members of my community complain about the difficulty in finding information with the search integrated into Invision They tell me that they find what they are looking for more easily by asking for their keywords in Google and adding the name of my site ... Apart from the Elastic Search option offered in the Admin, is it not possible to integrate a Google search as proposed by Google in its Adsense offer for example?

I recently switched the search engine from MySQL to Elasticsearch and set the "max results" value to 500, which I considered reasonable. After rebuilding the index, I noticed that activity streams were returning a significant number of duplicate results. Upon checking the Elasticsearch logs, I found the following error: org.elasticsearch.ElasticsearchException$1: Batch size is too large, size must be less than or equal to: [500] but was [1000]. Scroll batch sizes cost as much memory as result windows so they are controlled by the [index.max_result_window] index level setting. If a forum site wants to remove all tags but use only a couple of them, there is currently no way to delete tags from all posted topics, blogs, articles, events... quickly and easily. Manually removing tags from all posted content would take months. The current global switch, "Tagging Enabled?" turns the tags either On or Off, site-wide. Please enhance the Tagging feature in ACP so we can delete tags from all the above content types while keeping selected tags intact in posted content. So the "Prepare for v5" feature said to post here if we have questions. I don't recall seeing anywhere that it was mentioned the status updates feature was going to be removed. While our community doesn't use them a lot, they're still something people want. Are there plans for something to replace it or is it just going away forever? If this was mentioned somewhere else I'd appreciate a link to the topic.

I just experienced this on my Chrome browser. I have 8 tabs currently "open" or at least showing on my browser. In the tab that I was currently using, I received several notifications. I didn't notice them at first. When I clicked on another tab, I saw the first tab had this, in the tab: (4) Virtual Estonia. My feedback is to add this feature for V4 and/or V5. Once I had seen the notifications, the tab changed to: Virtual Estonia. I am sure there is a technical term to describe what I am recommending. I have anonymous posting and replies enabled on a few of my forums. It can sometimes be confusing to tell whether anonymous replies are from the OP or from other users replying anonymously. Would it be possible to have the author indicator appear on the anonymous OP's replies as well?

After upgrading to 4.7.19, I finally clicked on this new acp feature. I would recommend that you add an additional item - tags. I don't know if the software has the capability to sense an open tagging system in 4.7 but if it could, then here is my suggestion: Something like that since the whole tagging thing seems to be rather fluid at the moment. At least provide a notification of the V5 tag limitation or the closed structure. I'm not recomending that you write a big piece on the advatanges of the new feature. It just seems like such a radical change in the upgrade, it merits a segment in the prepare for V5
