For privacy reasons we do not use mass-email.
But in certain events we might want to alert all members and mass-PM could be useful.
However, this is, to my knowledge, not possible. I think there was a 3.party plugin for it.

Suggest this as a standard functionality.

You could also use the alert feature to show a message to all members
