I have the Back to Top plugin enabled for my devsite on 4.7. The up symbol appears on both the desktop and the mobile display. It is such a convenience to move up quickly. I find when I look at the Invision Community site on my mobile, specifically Matt's reply to Invision Community 5: Editor Permissions and Custom Embeds, that I had to flick and flick and flick to reach the top of the site and refer to another notification. My suggestion: implement a return to top or back to top as a default feature for the platform, especially since 'plugins' are going away for v5.

Hello, I think it would be a great idea to have notifications for new content in Club components, e.g., Forums, Blogs, FIles, etc. - exactly like the PM notification. It could list the number of new content items in said component, or (easier?) perhaps just a red dot or mini explosion icon or dare I say.....admin configurable? Either way, I think it would be a great way of showing people who splash down in a Club there's new content and where it is. Just a small icon in the top right of the component's button in the Club menu. Thanks!

When a guest subscribes and does not enter an email address an invoice is shown in the list with the title PENDING. There is a two step process that requests first cancelling the invoice and then deleting it from the list. This is a tedious and unnecessary process. Request a tick box that allows us to select as many invoices that need to be cancelled and deleted which would make it a lot easier to delete the huge number of guests who do this. Please, please add this feature.

Today this site is extremely slow and/or unresponsive when I try to load anything (even the latest notifications with an ajax request). I'm also getting often a 504 error: 504 Gateway Time-out 🤷♂️ === EDIT: Seems fast again for now. 🙄

Reference: I feel there should be a way for gallery albums to be "neutral" so a certain member role has rights to move images between them. We own a gallery library of tarot decks that folks upload images for, but we have standard guidelines and thus have a role that approves and places them where they need to be. This is a huge part of our community structure and right now it's difficult to work around the limitations.

Copyright Line under General Configuration does not allow HTML to add links (however, it does allow JavaScript). Copyright Line is not editable by users and so, HTML may be allowed.

In the world we live in today we are all doing a lot of programming and it would be great if Invision could add additional common code to the syntax highlighting. Also make it possible to click to copy code. Example to compare on how everything else has so much more code included in syntax highlighting. The requirement to use Invision email and password during the upgrade process is problematic because it conflicts with saved admin emails in autocomplete. It would be much more convenient and safer to use an app key (token) that is saved for future upgrades and does not depend on Invision email or password.

I'm requesting post numbers be an option to enable/disable. The reason why I really want these is because I often get notified about conversations that have gone way off topic. There may be 20 pages of on topic, mixed with off topic, and some in the middle. When a member of the community asked me to move the off topic posts to another topic, I have to read through every post in the 20 pages, understand each one within the content of the discussion, and make a decision which posts to move. It's impossible. If posts had numbers, I could just ask which posts people want moved, and it would be simple.

If a user posts affiliate links, moderators approving the moderated links won't be savvy enough to know which part of the posted URL is spam. For instance - Host name (explodes into full URL when clicked) - amzn.to/<product> URI - amazon.com/?...tag=<publisher> These are just examples and there are many more spam URLs from other sites with lot of variations. Currently, the only options with Links & Email Addresses is to either Block or Moderate both of which are not adequate. Menu items cannot take - relativeURLs. Eg - /site.com/terms element ID. Eg - /site.com/?#id JavaScript/jQuery URLs like triggering click to popup the Themes menu in the footer. Eg - javascript:window.location.href=... or $('element').click() Menu items are not editable by users and so, relative URLs, element IDs and JS may be allowed. Menu items with external links (self site links) don’t get the CSS .ipsNavBar_primary > ul > li > a[data-navdefault] marked up when clicked and become current to style/highlight them as current (similar to how they get the above CSS marked up when menu item is pointing to a page).

Allow syncing other properties from an IDP as it allows standard items that most OAUTH providers allow such as First Name and Last Name Should be able to map properties from IDP User Information Endpoint JSON response to Member Profile field Allow "Update local database" from multiple IDP's because if you do have multiple IDP's enabled then you would want each IDP to update the details. In theory a user account should only have 1 linked IDP - doesn't make sense to have multiple IDP's connected to a single account. Roles claims should allow mapping to groups (at least for other OAUTH or non-social IDP's)

Idea - The ability to set a delayed lock of a post, with a notification to people in the thread or currently typing that it will lock in # number of minutes/hours. Another issue, that people who are posting or have posted before a thread gets locked, that they will completely lose whatever they typed when that happens. There should be a 'sandbox' or a window in a thread that keeps content despite the thread being locked for a certain amount of time to enable people to repost it in another thread.

Hi... I have seen Zapier Integration already available in Invision Community Board. But, Pabbly is a better alternative of Zapier. I wish to see Pabbly in the Integrations. A lot of developers already left Zapier and using Pabbly for WorkFlow Automations. When we can expect Pabbly here? Thanks.

While you can combine a 'word search' AND by member in a topic search, you can't simply search for all posts by a specific member in a topic. Please add this functionality to the product. Note: Please don't suggest paid mods that can do this. All that proves is that it is possible, and should be added to the software I already pay a lot of money to use. Thank you.

As asked in the V5 forum, and suggested to put in feedback, in addition to traditional subscription options, we would like to see the option to be able to state a specified subscription end date for all users/purchasers of a specific subscription. There are possibly a few use-case scenarios for this but in our case, we run a scheme to sponsor a player for our football team for the season. The season has a specified end-date. However, because we typically gather the sponsorship fees over a 3–4-week time period, the expiry dates are all over the place. I would like to see a feature that allows users to vote for an entire topic itself, and the ability to sort topics by the number of upvotes. In my case this would be used to measure aggregate feedback for feature requests for our products. When you have a large number of equally important customers it is difficult to get an accurate gauge of what people think it important.
