Hoping someone may be able to help me. We're looking to create database relationships between content, to associate and display content from one database on another. For instance when a user submits a record, they can tie it to another record in another database. We then wish to pull through the associated item on the other record. In example.. User submits photo to gallery (Database A), but selects a record from drop down while doing so, in that dropdown are lists of records in Database B. Once submitted, the image is now tied/related to Database B and its record. We then display the image on the record page of database B. In our case, we have businesses listed …

Trying to access API. Have enabled all endpoints, but being met with the following: { "errorCode": "3S290\/7", "errorMessage": "INVALID_API_KEY" } Have tried whitelisting IP, accessing from another IP, generating a new API key, and limiting which endpoints are available.

I just upgraded my forum this morning to 4.1.9 and now there are some videos in a few posts. I have turned off the "embed" links in the ACP but I would like to know how to delete these existing ones in the posts? Thanks

Hi Guys, I bet its something simple that I have overlooked, but when moving to my live site, away form localhost, I noticed I can't configure the sidebar, because the arrow that's usually on the left hand side of the site while browsing the index, isn't appearing. I have just downloaded the latest version of IPB 4.1 , not the beta version.. Question being my theme looks different to the IPB community one used here, is this a new theme that has been updated for 4.2, or is it available to download ? Thanks.

In the latest suite, is there an easy way to copy/export a group of emoticons for import to another board? I have two different boards (both licensed) and one lost all its emoticons. I could copy the set from my other board but there doesn't appear to be an import/export button anymore. Is there a way to do this without saving and uploading 200 emotes manually?

Does anyone know the correct procedure for deleting corrupted rows in the database table? The table is re_forum_posts so I'm guessing rebuilding the search index afterwards will be part of it, but that's all I've got.

Hi All, Trying to install Invision Power. I'm at the server details, and I'm completely lost. What exactly are they looking for in the server details? I have tried to set up a new database and a user with privileges, but then it says: Access denied for user 'milen22_user@'localhost' (using password: YES) Please advise! I posted this in the "Theme" forum but got no response so really hoping somebody can help me here as I have spent a lot of time looking for this-- I need to remove the attachment drag and drop from the posting editor, I assume it will require a template edit in the editorAttachments template? Have not had much luck finding what to edit. I need to remove not only the drag and drop placement "hand" but the "+" button to add it to the post as well. I need all attachments to be placed at the bottom of the members post automatically. Can anybody please help me with this? Thanks in advance

Hey guys. Trying to upgrade my development environment to make sure the upgrade goes smoothly on the production forums. It's currently running 4.0.x (I think) and am trying to upgrade to 4.1.x. I'm still using IPB 3.4 and I'm about to update to IPB 4, can anyone advise me if there updated software allows resizing of image filesize on upload... Basically so when people upload direct from there phone with 5-10mb images there not utilising a lot of space, what do others set as there max upload file size?

This has survived through multiple skin updates and board upgrades for years. Any help would be appreciated. I put in a ticket but after some back and forth the final answer was something like "unsupported".
