On new installation of IPS 4.6 I see the module Content Discovery twice. AdminCP -> System -> Site Features -> Applications (toggle System on): Are there different modules with the same name, or the same module twice?

Is it possible to have access to the files uploaded through my download app on the AWS server? A big part of my community is downloadable content and sharing with partner sites is important. It would be better for one of our partners if we could share a presigned URL link to content from the AWS server.

What really controls the action on the url? To create a web site with someone else do I have to cancel my url with SiteGround? Does the new provider of the new web site do that? Is there a limit on the number of words that can be imported via XML? I have a list of about 1735 words. It will error out after a while. I got an error message saying something to the effect of you do not have permission to do that. Most of them were imported. I made a second list of the remaining and imported the rest. Just wondering if this is a bug or as designed. The error message was a little scary however, like it was a bug. The message said something about m_exact and that I did not have permission to do that. Other than this, I just had to import the remaining.

Sometime in the past hour, my community became completely unavailable. Whenever I try to access it via a desktop browser, I see absolutely nothing on screen. From MS Edge on my iPhone I see: "ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED" I've tried restarting httpd and mysqld. I've never seen this problem before. HELP!

Hosted site running 4.6.11 We have had a number of users contact us saying they cannot add any more attachments as they have reached their limit. Site is running as unlimited attachments as seen in screenshot. Is there a physical number of files (this user has 997) or is this a bug..?

Hello, when I visit my board as a guest I have my logo displayed in the header. As soon as I am logged in the Logo dissapears and I have text instead of logo. Can I change this so that the logo always displays? Mike

Hi, if someone clicks sign up instead of sign in by accident, they are unable to get back to the home page. Clicking on either of the 2 items below (see screenshot) does not work, nor does removing the unique URL string after the site URL. I had to close browser, delete cache and cookies, to be able to get back to home screen. This is not intuitive. Any idea why this isn't working? Happened same in Chrome and Firefox.

Hi All I'm new to Invision and had a quick question regarding the Downloads area. I have set up various catergories and subcategories as you can see in the screenshot below. What I can't seem to figure out is why the catergory "Football Manager Logos" does not feature the subcategories at all and reads "No files in this category yet"? Ideally I would like the subcategories to display on the page in the screenshot. I set the category as a parent for each of the subcategories. Any ideas if this is possible? Kind Regards Derek

Hello! On new localhost installs, the option to Create a new Status doesn't seem to display, despite being the logged-in Admin and having all the status permissions and status settings enabled. Is there a requirement for it to show that I'm missing, or doesn't it work by design on localhost? Thank you. Hi I added a new card payment method. Then when paying for a product I was unable to use an existing stored card which was previously used with payment method 1, I had to re-enter the card for the new payment method 2. In the screenshot, the first three cards were previously used with payment method 1. I had to re-add the card ending in 3155 when using payment method 2 rather then choosing one of the stored cards. It never offered any of the stored cards. Is this the expected behaviour?

My community is image-heavy and I noticed whenever I copy and paste an image from my image program, it pastes into the forum as a very large PNG even if it was a JPG. This is filling our board with a lot of large PNG files. Is there a way to paste it as a JPG? Would I need to disable PNG from being posted at all?

When I try to upgrade my board using the build in updater, I am getting this weird progress bar (see attached image). It just stops there, and the whole board is offline. I can't do anything to turn it back on. Please help if you know what I should do.

I have a recommendation in my ACP saying the following: Based on my past experience, running these sorts of SQL updates through the ACP almost always times out and ends up incomplete. Is there a way to get the SQL commands needed to do this conversion so I can do it via SSH or PHPMyAdmin? Thanks!

Hi, I want to add image advertisements (with links) in a custom location, within topics on the forum. About 1/3 of the way down the topic, then 2/3 then at the end. I have read this documentation about how to set up custom locations but it makes zero sense. Of course, I do not have the expertise to understand the HTML and CSS of your theme template, pick out the correct part and then set up the custom location. So can someone tell me how to do this?
