In the video below: The first search demonstrated returns results formatted / in the way we want them returned for all users. Subsequent searches return results the way we do not want them returned for any users. Hey all, So this is my first time setting up my IPS forum with Google Adsense. So far as I can see I have everything setup correctly. 1. Google Adsense has verified the site and is up and running. 2. So far as I can see, I have configured advertisements correctly in the IPS AdminCP. However wherever I have selected adverts to appear, they do not seem to be. Has anyone else run into these issues. Please see below screenshots of my current setup in the AdminCP (I have hidden my Adsense ID in the script) I also noticed in the Advertisements area, that Javascript has been disabled, as per the below screenshot example. I moved from Invision to XenForo but didn't like it so moved back. I had a snag with attachments so nothing transferred, not too fussed about that. But after installing invision forum again then doing an upgrade I can no longer move widgets on my homepage, where you drag them into position, at the moment it just selects the text. Also, I can't access admincp, it says "The page you requested does not exist" so at the moment I can't do anything. I have all the files in the admin folder but not sure why I can't access Admin Panel. Thanks in advance.

I tried moving from MySQL search to Elastic Search and midway I noticed that Elastic Search results were pretty bad, so during the rebuilding of posts, I moved back to MySQL search as the results are much better. Everything was fine, but now I noticed the forum loading very slowly and checking processlist shows me this: If I reboot my database, the slow loading times are instantly fixed. So this leads me to believe that the issue is in the screenshot above. Could any staff please review and hopefully fix? I have my access information up to date

I stated getting emails about a task not running correctly about an hour ago. Now I just received this from my site: A configuration issue has been detected on your community which requires your attention.Locked Task: dailyStreamSubscriptionsOne of the routine maintenance tasks which run in the background has failed several times, which may indicate a configuration issue. I hadn't changed anything for months. after getting the error a few times I rebooted the server, but nothing changed.

Hi, I am trying to add bootstrap5.css file in Pages>templates>css but the file is not getting save. I tried to paste file in small pieces but after a specific length this is showing error There is also bootstrp4.css Please note - if I hit save without doing anything the same error occurs. The same thing is happening in pages after some line the page is not getting save. If I remove some lines it works fine. Kindly advise. I want to add here recently we changed the server is this due to server misconfiguration. if, pls suggest what to do

Explain, why my iPad gets a 403 error message, when attempting to access our forum and YOURS? I have deleted all my history, several times today, and it still is showing the 403 message. However, turning on my Win 10, I can access both. I sent a message to our members, however, every time I checked on my iPad or iPhone, I got the 403 message, but, checking on my Win desktop, I was able to access both, ISP & our forum. Also, I changed my provider access, and changed my VPN access. Neither made a difference, in accessing either InvisionCommunity or our forum. MrsSurvival.com

The upgrade to 4.6.12.1 is now several days old. The search mechanism in the production site reports that Search results are still being indexed. I have the `task.php` running every 5 minutes via cron. I don't see any other "task" in the ACP related to search-table/index-table updates listed to choose. What is the best way to measure or detect progress that the re-indexing of Search results (the re-index) is actually occuring? I'm tempted to pull the pin and pick the button "Re-index from scratch" from the ACP. What options do I have to measure/detect progress of the re-index. I ask because for the last 4-5 days of "being up" and "Index is still…

Hi team, I was update my Terms & Privacy Policy and force to accept for all users. But IPS only show to users the "Registration Terms" page and when I Accept this page automatically accepts the "Privaccy Policy" too without accept expressly. So I think that is an issue. Apologies for the duplicate post - I think I put it in the wrong forum previously. Hi - I have two questions about email notifications the forum sends to members: 1. The "from" name is the name of the community when reading email from a desktop (Gmail), but it's my first name when reading on a phone. I'd like it to be my name consistently, but I can't see where to change it. 2. We've heavily modified the email templates. Can you confirm that these will remain as we've set them up if/when the software gets an update? They don't seem to be part of the theme, so I'm concerned.

In the past few weeks something has changed and is impacting my ability to access the Admin control panel. After entering my login information, it is going to a screen saying The information you’re about to submit is not secure. Because this form is being submitted using a connection that’s not secure, your information will be visible to others. When I click on the Send Anyway box, it goes back to the Admin login screen. The site has never been an https site and access up to a few weeks ago to the control panel was not an issue. Do I need to upgrade to https to correct this or is there a work around?

I've enabled the "Friendly URLs" option for SEO and most of the site is working fine. I have rewrite rules set up in nginx to handle all the various bits. There seems to be an issue with the arrow icon on quoted text, it doesn't get rendered with the SEO friendly URL, which means it doesn't get caught by any of the rwerite rules I have set up.

The calendar is a very useful thing. However, we are missing a few simple elements. 1. Since you can add venues/places where a given event takes place, can you find a list of these venues somewhere? Today, the user can enter the calendar and view events, e.g. for a given day. Where can I see events at a given location/venues? I choose a city and there should be a list of events in that city. The question is about tables losing their Tablespace DURING UPGRADE.
