Hi. I'm struggling to see how I can edit my Forums Page footer. I was expecting a Block or something, but I just want to edit the existing Footer page and cannot see a block. Any ideas. I don't do much editing on that so I'm not so familiar with it. Thanks

When I scale font size in the theme editing, it does not apply to mobile font size. It is still small. I use default theme with slightly changed colors via Easy Mode Editor. No custom CSS.

Is it possible to get rid of View full X link in the topic created from the database record? The reason is, that it does not make sense for some databases. E. g. Links Directory: View full website. (It is ambiguous, as it sounds like someone would open a website, but this is just a record link to the description of the site.) Book Directory: View full book. (The same as above.) Hello, I've tried a couple of times to associate two products and I couldn't make it work. I would need help. This is what I want to do: 1. Create Poduct1 that has a fixed price that will grant the member access to certain forums. 2. On the registration process, if the product 1 is selected, the member should see the associated product called Membership which is a monthly recurring payment. Is that possible? Hi sadly my invision community is chashed, first I tried to add rich text to a page, it gave me error on the page, I clicked go to support and checked the issues, there was 3 issue 1 with database 2 cloudflare caching and 3 Push Notifications, I cleared cache and went to themes area because it was saying like non default theme, I went to themes area than server gave this error first "Template core/admin/global/globalTemplate is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme." and now status is this

I haven't made any changes in at least a week. This morning all was well. I checked the site this afternoon, and now I get a 500 error. The host said the server and database are both running and talking to each other. They do not see any errors on their end. There's a php.info file on the site, that's responding fine. Thoughts on how to fix this?

If a spammer signs up, registers to receive the News and Updates, and then are subsequently banned because they are spammers, do they still receive any email updates? I'm curious about how this might work.

Is the analytics module in the ACP deprecated? Because I am missing a link to the analytics settings. Still can access via URL parameter ?app=core&module=promotion&controller=analytics though. and also modify stuff sucessfully. Default English Language is active... 🙂

Hello, I am setting up my first invision community, I need your help for Enable Friendly URLs, I asked my developer how to do it also waiting for his respond but I wanted to ask here also for your help, I read the description but didnt get it well since I am not good with htaccess editings. I am attempting to create custom stock levels - price adjustments on my store for 5 categories. I keep continuously running into the same issue though. The issue I am running into is every time I attempt to set the values on the stock levels the product glitches out severely and unticks show in store and the payment option as well as sets the stock value back to default without the custom fields. Has anyone found a solution to this as this is a really obnoxious bug.

Over the last couple of years, we have had issues with registration confirmation emails being sent out. We tried changing to admin validation but since there was no email to alert the admin to validate the account, that didn't work either. We also recently learned that emails for password resets aren't working so we know something in the email setup isn't working. Any suggestions on how to fix this or where to look to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I have a bug that has been occurring for about 6 months, but it's taken me this long to post about it. Members of my community used to be able to drag and drop images/files from their desktop into a post for easy in post positioning of the image. Now a message pops up (screenshot attached) informing them of the certain file types can be uploaded) Simultaneously with the error box, towards the bottom an info prompt appears saying "Pasted as rich text. paste as plain text instead." see the bottom of the screenshot. The problem is not the file type or size, I've checked that. It seems to think the drag/drop function is a "paste" and "text". …

Hello, Our Picks module is not displaying the promoted items. It's been happening for a few days now. I wanted to report it but I forgot about it. May it be related to the beta version that I am running? I can see the promoted articles in Our Picks URL, but I stopped seeing them in the custom block that has been sitting there for more than a year. It just stopped displaying the promoted items. Hi, I have tryd to add buttons/tools to CKeditor. most of the buttons "brake" all oter tools in the ckeditor. and in order to get them back i need to restore to the default ckeditor. buttons in the acp i have tryid to add , Ajax Data Loading, Paste Tools and after finishing adding the plugin this happens: until i restore to default thanks.

Hi, I set up my Invision Community Platform in a way that people need to purchase a product (recurring product) to register as a member. But, I already have hundred of members that I need to import manually (they already bought a product on an external service). I tried to add manually a member, from the PC admin, and these members can't access to the content (platform ask him to purchase a product). How can I bypass this ? so these members who already purchased the product via an external service, can access the content without the need to buy (again) a product. Good evening Invision, I have a small error on my website. I’ve tried to upload a picture onto my website and it came up with the error „6”, and it says to contact the support team. I logged into the admin panel and I have noticed, that there was critical error. I have opened it and it said that I have to paste this „define( 'TEMP_DIRECTORY', dirname( __FILE__ ) . '/uploads' ); „ into the constants.php file to resolve the error. After I’ve done this, the error is still showing on my website. I have a custom profile field for "Discord Handle" that I require on forum registration, as our community is tied to our Discord. The field type is "Text", however when someone attempts to register, it says their entry is invalid. It is rejecting the use of the # sign inside the text field, which is needed, because, as you all know, all Discord usernames are in the format of their handle followed by four numbers with the # in-between. Any thoughts? Signup page: ACP > Member Profile Fields - (Note: The description fields and Regular Expression fields are empty.)
