dhanax26 Posted July 20, 2022 Share Posted July 20, 2022 (edited) Recently we are experiencing exception issues with Downloads, when we update a file uploaded or even without doing it but just clicking "Save & summit new version" gives us an exception error, we need this to be solved as fast possible cause our customers wait for updates but we can't publish it due the problem already mentioned. Then yes we have the latest IPS version from the day of release. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
