Hi team, The user list order by any date field not runs, Is not order by date. IPS order list by ordinal number, so there is an issue. Can you take a look to solve in future updates? Thanks a lot.

I can't see any setting to adjust allowed post length (size).Am I overlooking something? Spammers post many posts of 5-10 MB and the forum opens very slowly until I delete them.

Good morning, in spite of enabling SPAM prevention measures, adding a captcha and walling off our contact form to a specific page we continue to receive a large number of SPAM tickets in our IP.Commerce ticket system. To my knowledge we have everything configured correctly so I’m not sure how SPAM is getting through… especially to the volume of SPAM tickets we get per day. Does anyone have any thoughts on this or can a member of staff take a look and see if there is anything we haven’t done that would be effective in preventing this; there’s obviously never a way to completely eliminate SPAM but decreasing the amount that we receive would be ideal.

I've manually added myself to a subscription but I'm unable to remove myslf, or even see any of the buttons I'd expect on the subscription management page. I know there's an end date, but can I not cancel it before then?

Due to the current issue with permissions described here https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/467645-pages-cross-linking-does-not-respect-permissions/#comment-2894626 I have decided to temporarily remove the cross linking from the database relationship field. Opened a field for edit in AdminCP and disabled Cross link records? The cross-links are still there. Purged the cache. The cross-links are still there. Resaved the record. The cross-links are still there. How do I remove these cross-links?

Hi, guys - I installed the Facebook Login option a while back. It's been working fine. At one point, I enabled the Allow Admin CP logins option. That changed my login from the one I was using for the forums to my Facebook login credentials. I decided I didn't like that and turned it off; however, when I did that, my previous forum login credentials no longer gave me access to the ACP. I had to ask my webmaster to toggle the setting back on so I could regain access to the ACP...but now I have to use the Facebook access for the ACP, even though I'm not using it to access the forums. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks, dB

Good morning, we have a couple of months ago migrated our IPS to a new server and so far so good, now we have vistualized a second subdomain where we have installed a copy for testing, a staging version on the URL https://forumtest.autodiagnostic.it the problem that the test license now still appears installed at the url https://autodiagnostic2.it/, the system tells us to delete the license from that but that domain no longer exists. You can delete it and put the test license on the domain https://forumtest.autodiagnostic.it Thank you I look forward to your Regards

Members don't get a group upgrade based on achievement points (the group promotion settings were there before the update and I just enabled the achievement rule and also removed everything else but it still doesn't seem to work at all.

Scenario. IPS v 4.x The Support ACP panel suggests that the database is not using InnoDB Engine for tables. I do not understand the impact or the cause. Getting this while trying to manually run the "tasks" that were scheduled.. Hi, somebody compromised my site to place crappy ads, some files were changed or newly added. I compared the init.php with the latest download. They diff only as following: $uniqueKey = mb_substr( md5( '2****' and 'CACHEBUST_KEY' => mb_substr( md5( 'b****' So I'm not sure for what those keys are necessary. But is it save to just replace the old init.php with the new downloaded version?

Hi, Is telegram post embed supported? I tried and did not work. If not, I was wondering about the reason, since Telegram is now probably top 5 most used social media and has so much content. Also, is there a temporary workaround for this or any customization?
