I have the following server warning in my admin notifications. I'm wondering if someone could suggest a good server option that does not cost an arm and a leg. We are just 3 elderly women who create things for the Sims games and we do not charge anything for these items nor do we charge people to use our site. We currently use goDaddy which has closed us down a few times for out database being too large. I have to go in and clear the logs by hand as Invision no longer gives my that option in the admin section. During an upgrade to 4.7 I got the following error (while it was trying to extract the files) "There was an error downloading the files to your server. Please download the update and upload the files to your server, or contact us for assistance." For future reference is there any way to see what the error actually was? I suspect it's file permissions but without knowing where I can't really fix them.

Could I pretty please get help renewing a license that expired? Hi, I am testing the new Alert feature introduced in version 4.7.0. I created a test alert to a single user, with no replies. When I log in as that user, the alert is displayed, but clicking on the DIsmiss button does nothing. The popup is kept on the screen. Could someone perform this test, so we can know whether this is a local problem or a general bug? Note: tested with all third-party apps and plugins disabled and using the default, unmodified theme, and clearing the cache. Thanks.

G'day. Jumped on the back end of my website recently to check a key that someone has purchased and in place of where the key should be, I'm getting the message: [[Template nexus/admin/purchases/lkey is throwing an error. This theme may be out of date. Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme.]] Now I feel like if I simply "Run the support tool in the AdminCP to restore the default theme" that should fix the issue. The problem is, I don't see any way to "restore the default theme." Hi I encountered a new problem on the forum that appeared out of blue. When going to forum on a cell phone, I can see that there are notifications. So I click on the menu and instead of opening up, it just adds /# to the URL and doesn't change anything else See the screenshot Please advice.

Hi Per recommendation of Invision (the new version said 7.3 is not supported), I migrated my forum to new server first with the same version of php (and it was working fine) and then I updated to 8.1 and the forum immediately broke down. Reverting back did not help. Please advise! See the screenshot attached

I've just upgraded our cloud site to 4.7 and nobody can view notifications. When you click on the bell you get an empty box. Clicking on View All Notifications shows a blank page. I gett the email notifications though. Also I can't click on Alerts in ModCP, it just stays on reported content. And my Messenger inbox still shows Disable my Messenger rather than the option to disable the Inbox.

One for the rare circumstances to do list, perhaps... I created an uncaught exception which resulted in the AdminCP Dashboard home showing the error message instead of the normal view. IPS 4.6.12 Commerce (Full Suite), PHP 8.0.21 How I broked it good: Changed an existing chargeable product (downloadable file) to free (no issues), then used the option to cancel all purchases (I had none). Hello, I tried to upgrade my IPB with some recent patch and it errored out and my site is no longer accessible? When I go to the website it says that an upgrade is in progress, but when I login to the admin page, all I see is the attached screenshot. Can anyone help me roll this back?
