Hello! Could you please have a look at our IPS Installation? The license is attached to my account from which I'm posting right now. We will need the original default IPS Template for both IPS 4.6.12.1 and IPS 4.7.0. We can't do a test install, so this is why we require this. We need you to delete test URL from Licensed URLs (showed on Client Area). We've tried before (2 months ago, 6 months ago), but no success. License verification system for test installations seems to be broken and it keeps the same cached result all the time even if the test installation doesn't exist anymore. Hello. I want to create a test board on a subdomain of my current board, but I keep getting this error: A test installation has already been activated for this license key. Your license key entitles you to one test installation only. I have no other test installation. I might have had some long time ago, but none of them are online anymore. Can we use the test installation only once? Or is there any other way to maybe reset it? Greetings

I seem to be unable to view the templates that used to show down the left hand sidebar. In the filter dropdown to the right of "Search templates...", I have all options selected, but nothing is visible either for templates or CSS. Have tried clearing cache to no avail. Currently on 4.6.12.1, ideas welcome! E: Only GlobalTemplate shows on the full size editor as that's what loads by default.

Is there perhaps a utility to Repair/Rebuild Categories and Albums? I recall such a utility used to exist in long ago versions. I am experiencing viewing issues returning white pages and 502 errors on many categories. I have a very large gallery. Thousands of categories and albums. I have deleted and reloaded one large category with multiple sub-categories, but doing so loses all comments, reviews etc. I tried creating a new structure and moving the images there, but deleting old category and move to new category.... problem followed. Utility, help, thoughts? This became an issue when moving site to a new server. Thanks

I have a topic that had >150k posts. A member has requested that their account and posts be deleted, which includes about 10k posts in that topic (and 4k posts in other topics combined). That deletion has been running for the past 20 hours, maxing out the CPU on my server the whole time, and is about 71% complete. The massive topic is having issues where pages are disappearing and reappearing, I think due to consistency issues due to the rate of updates to that topic (although solving that without transactions might be hard), and submitting new posts is very sluggish. Hi! Not sure if it happened after 4.7 update but my admin account showed that is has -2 posts (I had 0 post count before). I was wondering why I could not see all forums, categories, posts etc... I had to manually change post count to positive number for my account and all went back to normal.

Hi, Is it possible to create a direct link "add to cart" for a product in commerce. My situation: I'm creating a "sale page" where I would like to add a button "add to cart" for a specific product. But currently I can only add a link (not a button) which redirect to the product page. I believe I reported this a couple of years ago, or made a suggestion to upgrade this, but it is still an issue. My website runs both WordPress, and Invision forums. Both in their own folders. Some time ago, I received the "Dangerous PHP Functions Enabled" warning from my dashboard. So I added the following PHP.ini file in my root folder - disable_functions = "exec, system, pcntl_exec, popen, proc_open, shell_exec, passthru" This solved the issue. However, whilst troubleshooting a WordPress issue yesterday, I was told by my hosting tech support that some WordPress plug-ins need the exec function, and indeed this particular issue was fixed by removing the "exec" section.
