The issue was with the ID Number.

In the Dev Center, add the upgrade.php in the Version currently being developed version then build application and choose Build New Version. The ID Number (long version) should be higher than the version you have in marketplace. You should change the Version (human version) too but that's not required.
Save. Download. Test in another install.

It's been published. The latest version (1.3.0) is compatible with IPS 4.7.1.

I have to change a lot of things in MENU+ for the new version 4.7.*(I'm working on it). Menuplus will definitely be updated in the next two days and I will definitely let you know. But I don't know when it will be approved by the IPS review team.
I'm working on my all apps and plugins . I've updated advanced widget setting, Forum Collection, Blog and member collections, Story, Laxeri theme so far . Some of them are awaiting approval.

This is a title bar that its style is different from the tab. but you can change the tabbar style in the Tab Setting. try it and let me know please.

You are right. But note that we had to change the structure of the app so that we could add new features to it (Version 1.3.0). This process is still going on. In addition to the things you mentioned, we are considering features such as the number of views, achievement,... . Rest assured we will add new features to it soon.
