currently all browsers support avif by default already, so maybe its the right time to add support into invision community apps 🤔
and not only by showing avif images directly in posts, but i cant set avif images as grid card images as well 😞

and also image settings should be improved 🤔 theres quite a big difference between same quality value accross different formats - and avif is missing there as well

i also use some external images embedded in a code and with same level of visual quality i squeezed them with avif from 2,6 MB to 0,6 MB which is quite significant saving 🤔
and not speaking about all images in theme resources which still use almost 30 years old formats, mostly png 🤐
so please, do something about it 😔

We have released a patch for this issue.
To apply, please go to AdminCP > Support > 1st (or top left) box will have a "Optional Patch Available" link. Click it and follow the instructions.

Reproducible - the error isn't seen at the time of the deletion, but instead later when the queue task runs.

The best solution would be if the names of the relevant threads could be shown on the main website search results and link directly to our forum 🤔 Good example is on https://www.vodafone.de/.
So the REST API might be a solution, thank you 👍

It all depends on your setup, how sessions work(if permissions should be respected etc..) and if the results should really be shown on the external site or if it's fine to just redirect to the IPS search results page.
 
If you need only the results and want to show them on your website,  I would suggest utilizing the REST API https://invisioncommunity.com/developers/rest-api?endpoint=core/search/GETindex

If you expand / collapse the cover photo and switch between profile / activity, sometimes it results in a wrong position of user photo and name as you can see in the video. Nothing serious, just letting you know 🤔

This is still an open issue at present. Unfortunately its quite a large item to resolve at present

it happened on upgrade from beta 1 to beta 2, i was just waiting for beta 3 if it fixes by itself somehow

It looks like you have some old files present from a previous beta that no longer exist.
Which versions are you upgrading from and to?
You should be able to delete applications/core/setup/upg_107002/queries.json from your server and then continue the upgrade.

I have added a bug report related to our requirements checker on this one, so that we can get it addressed. I realise that doesn't help much in your case, as you now know. However it should solve confusion for others going forward. Thank you for pointing that out.

The value there shouldn't be a problem as the name attribute has a separate array in each case so it's basically acting as a boolean field to see if it has been checked or not.
As the items are stored as integers in their re-order, this may be creating problems. I have created an item in our internal tracker to review the design of how this is stored as that could create complications. Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
 

this hovercard is wider for some reason, but in mentions only 🤔

Tonight i put into operation login with Microsoft account and i found out there is some old Windows icon (from Font Awesome 4.7) instead of Microsoft icon. Also Facebook uses newer cicrcular icon, but in app is some squarish icon currently.
The colors of buttons seem to be random or outdated since these companies use different main color. I fixed it by myself temporarily by few css tweaks, but could you please fix this somehow in some upcoming release? Thank you 🙂

the /staff page uses old grid with floats which breaks height of individual boxes when texts are longer and wrap, also the optimization for smaller screens is not the best because of lot of space around. Recoding this page with new css grid would be appreciated. On video attached you can see what I mean and how I fixed it on my customised theme.

sometimes custom fields take a lot of space and make post higher than needed, it would be nice to have option in setting to place them at the bottom of the post like i have it on my customised template
