  1. Getting an error when accessing your ACP. Was this completed?
  2. Has there been a change in the server error being reported in your server's error logs?
  3. Patches should be present under the Invision Community version, looks like that is excluded from your screenshot there.
  4. Sorry, version 3 is no longer supported so I have moved this to our Community Support forum where fellow administrators can assist you.
  5. Unfortunately, it looks like the index stopped building. Could you please rebuild it by going to ACP -> System -> Search -> Rebuild Search Index.
  6. Seems that you're having issues receiving our emails. We have been emailing you multiple times since. Could you please confirm that the email in the Client Area for you is valid? Both your self-hosted license and Cloud package would receive technical support on the community here for all software technical support problems. Your Cloud package (when clicked) receives email support for hosting related issues in our ticket queue. I presume by the self-hosted license, which was selected here, that is what you clicked and causing the confusion.
  7. There are a few applications/plugins installed which are not PHP 8 compatible and may still be creating issues, please ensure these are upgraded to a compatible version or uninstalled.
  8. First one, you will want to increase your memory limit in PHP are you are attempting to use more than you’re allowing. If you use a custom theme with or third party addons this typically happens but also can happen if you have background tasks going that are resource intensive and running via traffic.
  9. I honestly just compared what was showing up as modified in your themes to what templates were in an unmodified theme on one of my test communities. There is no logging for this because it is failing at the PHP side, just some creative troubleshooting 🙂 . You're very welcome. Glad we could be of assistance and get this resolved for you 🙂 .
  10. I can certainly move your topic if you would like, however, generally these are 2 different scenarios. Typically, here you are asking if this possible, whereas the Feature Suggestion forum is generally for explaining why a feature should be added. Please let me know.
  11. A blank white page with the body not loading like that is indicative of a suppressed PHP error. Please check your server error logs and let us know the error.
  12. You would likely need to build a custom SSO which associates with this and assigns the secondary groups based on the tags then if you wanted to have this be done automatically. Otherwise, yes, you would need to do this manually because you are coordinating this outside the software.
  13. Something on your community is inserting a custom template called "row_adek" in Forums -> front -> global. This is causing your error and I have removed this from the "Default" theme and it is working now.
  14. Please be advised I have moved this to a ticket for further investigation. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  15. I'm afraid, changing display/style of how this function is outside our scope of support as it requires customization of the theme.
  16. Yes, if each individual course requires an individual access management. How do individuals sign up now for courses? Have you considered using our Commerce solution? That would manage assignment for you. Once they purchase a course, you can have it automatically assign them the secondary member group. If these are subscription-based timelines, it can even remove the secondary member group if they don't renew.
  17. Moderator and Administrator permissions are not one in the same. You can be an unrestricted Administrator but a restricted Moderator. Administrator permissions control what is in the ACP and Moderator permissions control actions on the front-end (e.g. moving topics, etc...).
  18. Thank you, I am able to connect now. Please ensure that our account has full read/write access though. The datastore directory is not allowing me to delete files.
  19. Please ensure you test exactly what you provided as I am able to connect to the server but getting authentication error as mentioned: Error: Authentication failed. Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server
  20. You would need to upgrade or uninstall the third party application there.
  21. Permissions are controlled by member groups in our software. Adding in secondary member groups to control further access for a user beyond their typical primary member group would be advised here and their purpose.
  22. You can certainly use your Test URL to test the upgrade process. However, keep in mind that it can only be used privately, public access is not allowed. Additionally, if you keep your Live URL open and perform the upgrade on your duplicated live instance on your Test URL then repoint your domain, you will lose any data/content/etc... made on the Live URL during that time. You also cannot point two different software versions at the same database as it would break. The best move is to a test upgrade on your Test URL till you're comfortable and then shut down your Live URL and perform the upgrade on the Live URL. That will minimize your downtime as much as possible.
