  1. You would need to provide slow query logs for proof of what is happening here. This tool is only speaking in hypotheticals, not actuals like the slow query log does. Please set the slow query log to 10 seconds and disable all third party applications/plugins for testing to get readings of the core software.
  2. This is currently only an all or nothing option, I’m afraid.
  3. Please note you will not be able to run both our software and WordPress in the same folder. One will need to be at your root and the other will need to be in a sub-folder. For information on how to install our software on your self-hosted server, please see this guide
  4. Wouldn’t worry too much about these unless you’re seeing a specific slow issue on your site really. We, of course, regularly review queries and update performance when reported in certain areas but bound, on need, to have queries meet these circumstances where they are joined with no index and/or use DISTINCT. These performance tools often assume you live in a vacuum which is unreasonable.
  5. Could you please let us know the URL to the topic? This was just brought up by another user today as well so want to also know what was edited?
  6. Could you please let us know what you modified when you edited the topic? This might let us know what is going on.
  7. Were topics merged here? If so, that would re-order the posts by date/time. We would need access further investigation: We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  8. See potential of a dev path here but have to ask if this is running 4.7.7. Unfortunately, on my test instance, I am unable to reproduce this.

  10. Going to be highly dependent on what you’re running in your installation. Not a one size fit all answer and why we only provide a minimum for the core software.
  11. There is not currently in the default software. You can certainly provide this as a suggestion in our feature suggestion forum.
  12. PHP 7 is no longer supported by PHP so would be at risk of security issues and other problems. It is advised to upgrade as soon as possible. Our software, however, you would simply just be missing out on any bug fixes and new features. If you run into any issues on any out-of-date release, we would of course need you to upgrade before we would perform any support.
  13. Would recommend checking out our guide here on Spam Prevention, it looks like you have disabled registration on your community currently so I cannot fully advise on what you have in place. There are also reports from other users where spam is currently extremely heavy at the moment.
  14. PHP 8.2 is not yet supported by our software so that one is a hard no till it is 🙂 . PHP 8.1 is supported by our software so the small benefits in performance, security, improvements, bug fixes, etc... are really up to you if it's worth switching. PHP 8.0 is only in security support so won't be receiving anything else at this point. It will be in EOL in November of this year so still time to upgrade to PHP 8.1 if you want to pause and enjoy your site for a little bit since you just went through a little bit of a headache here 🙂 .
  15. Have you tried disabling all third party applications/plugins and switching to an unmodified theme? Just like my colleague, I cannot reproduce this on my test install on the latest release.
  16. You would need to ensure that the /usr/bin/php being called there is also PHP 8. If you have multi-PHP setup on your server or for some reason installed elsewhere, you would need to update that command. Typically, our command shown in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration, would outline this correctly from php.ini but of course, your server administrator is the best source for this information.
  17. Correct. Our files will need to overwrite the files where your installation is currently installed. You should see the same folder structure there.
  18. 403 is permission denied. It could definitely be WAF related or other settings on the server. You're best to work with your hosting provider.
  19. Sorry, as you saying you have custom code here? If so, you would need to work with your developer to resolve the issue. However, it seems to be an issue loading the session.
  20. Please feel free to provide your suggestion in our Feature Suggestion forum for further evaluation.
  21. Did you extract and overwrite with the contents of the “ips_****” folder? If you did not do that, then that was not done correctly. If you were previously on 4.7.6, you’ll also need to run the upgrader at /admin/upgrade .
  22. Please upload a fresh copy of files from the Client Area. Either something failed or otherwise. This is not from the database.
  23. Unfortunately the error means that the class mentioned there cannot be reached, thus a file is missing. You are missing files from the latest release, not your version 3 Community.
  24. I would recommend uploading the full package because if you’re missing 1 odds are you could be missing several.
