  1. Yes, this is where we can provide you technical support with our software. However, your domain is timing out. As you are self-hosted, you will need to contact your hosting provider for assistance here.
  2. Excellent! Glad to hear it worked out 🙂 .
  3. The solution which my colleague stated in your ticket would be you need to upgrade to 4.7.7. You have not done that yet so you would still indeed be seeing the same issue till you do. Please perform the upgrade and let us know how it goes.
  4. I'm afraid, it is not customizable to add a column to this table for viewing. You can, however, use the advanced search tool to search for things that match what you expect and approve those users. The advanced search can be found on this page by clicking the cog wheel in the search bar.
  5. If you upgrade to 110, do you still have the issue?
  6. Testing this with the image there you've outlined and making changes as outlined, I am unable to reproduce this. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  7. Is an unmodified theme still acting fine? I would suggest setting that as your default theme and disabling all third party applications/plugins then trying to reproduce this again. Also, what browser is being used here and Android version?
  8. No worries. Just glad it was a simple configuration file issue and not something deeper 🙂
  9. Looks like somehow your "installed" variable in your conf_global.php was turned to false so the system thought you needed to install. I set that to true and then uploaded the constants.php again. Then turned on Recovery Mode for you, disabled all third party items, and then disabled it. Things seem to be functioning now so there is an error with one of your third party addons there.
  10. Would recommend going through the guide again. You only need to create 1 webhook for your community but it needs to have permission to all webhook events there.
  11. Not necessarily. Something could be patched for an extremely niche issue so only those impacted would need to apply.
  12. You'll want to set it up by going to ACP -> Customization -> Editors -> Toolbar -> Small. All these device widths are under your control but need to be individually setup by yourself 🙂
  13. Unfortunately, it seems like it may be getting inherited because if I uncheck inherited templates and umodified templates, I am not seeing any on an unmodified theme on your community. My only recommendation is to remedy your themes and delete any that you're not using or are custom.
  14. The yellow C there would indicate that you either added this template or you modified a template which is no longer in our core, unmodified theme so it was left in case you referenced it. You would need to review your theme and update it accordingly.
  15. Our support tool in ACP -> Support checks schemas of tables. You are the only one at present stating this error. You may need to move to a new hosting provider if they are unwilling to help you investigate slowness in your MySQL server. As they are the ones responsible for this process regardless of what application you're using.
  16. Thank you! I've transferred this to a ticket as we will need to investigate this further as I believe this to be a one-off issue rather than widespread. Please check your email for next steps. Please note I have also obfuscated your base URL in the URLs you've shared.
  17. Is there a second page to that in PHPMyAdmin? I believe that will only filter what's on the page because otherwise, that's quite odd as regardless you should get an error if the table doesn't exist and the software is attempting to connect to it via MySQL
  18. Looking at your login page here, I am noticing that there have been some customizations done to it. I would recommend undoing those and then testing the solution here as I believe those may be influencing your issue. We actually utilize the OATUH 2.0 process here and many other sites so I'd like to remove any customizations before we continue investigating.
  19. Please be advised I have tagged this to a developer for further review A) the issue and B) to understand where the responsibility of this lies and see if we can resolve this. Someone will reply as soon as they can.
  20. Unfortunately, it may be elsewhere. I'd recommend removing all customizations then adding them in one-by-one to find the culprit. It is something which is just too large to fit in the sidebar but it could also be bad HTML which is breaking the layout.
  21. Is this happening on all topics or is this happening in topics with certain media?
  22. Please do not post your FTP or server IP as this is a public forum. Could you please clarify your question? What connection are you referring to? Your hosting provider would need to provide any details about connecting the software to your database, etc...
  23. If it is not your default theme, you will need to ensure it is available for all member groups. Edit the theme, then change the "Available for:" to the group you want to see it: Please contact the author of the translation as it sounds like it needs to be updated.
