  1. Sorry, seems as this was posted in the classic selfhosted forum, which is for server issues, that it would be outside our scope of support. However, it sounds like you may have mod_security or something else security wise if you are receiving this permission error. I would suggest disabling this to test further. These templates and CSS files are stored in the database so typically wouldn’t be a write issue to the server itself, it would be a processing issue on the server which is being blocked.
  2. Are you logged into the front end with the same admin account which you are attempting to use the login as feature? If you see the login page, try logging in with that same admin accounts credentials
  3. Specifying is important here as some may be embedded, others not, some are third party which may be other issues, etc… Only Safari would be supported so working there would be key.
  4. Could you please elaborate a little further on what you did to get here? 4.1.18 is not available via our systems so would not be able to be downloaded. Was this already applied to your file system? At any rate, you are missing the Forums application files so would not be able to upgrade. My suggestion is to perform a manual upgrade and upgrade to the latest release, you can find that information here: If you are not comfortable performing such items which are required on a self-hosted installation, have you considered our Cloud platform? We would take care of all hosting and technical requirements with your community hosted on our platform and you would just focus on your community. If you're interested, please let us know and we can get you in touch with our sales team.
  5. There is an issue we're looking into with lazy loading and these older iOS versions. What videos are they reporting? Are these videos which have been uploaded to a forum post? Are they embedded YouTube videos? These two issues, I would recommend clearing their cache as it sounds like they have corrupted cache.
  6. This would likely be the same answer as we pointed out in the topic here: You would need to find out what that internal server error is.
  7. Is there a reason why you're enabling recovery mode? TRUE should also be a bool instead of a string (aka, remove the single quotes around TRUE)
  8. That should work but if you have a custom admin directory, you'll want to keep that by removing just the <?php on this line:
  9. Please let us know if the test was a failure or success and we can assist in troubleshooting further.
  10. I'm afraid, this is not what is being discussed here. The OP here is referring to a recent change which move quote / mark as solution / etc... from directly under the content to the bottom of the existing container, as Stuart outlined. Think what you mentioned about intentional vs unintentional is a very hard thing to determine programmatically. However, you're more than welcome to create your own Feedback topic about that in our Feedback forum for further evaluation.
  11. I have responded to your request, please reply back in the email at your earliest convenience and we can assist you further 🙂 .
  12. I'm not sure if this may be a typo or you meant you temporarily disabled it but you do indeed have CloudFlare enabled which may be impacting all three of these items so I would recommend disabling it completely while you test. I am also seeing 595 Javascript errors in the browser console which may be coming from your custom theme or other third party items you've included. My recommendation off the bat is to simplify down immensely and then test to see if this resolves your problems. If it does, great, add things in one-by-one till you find the issue. If it doesn't, please let us know 🙂 .
  13. There should be a category field for you to select this. Could you please provide a link to the entry you're trying to move and the category you're wanting to move to?
  14. Thank you. I have moved this to a ticket so we can better investigate. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  15. In the Blogs application, you would need to edit the blog entry to change the category. I'm afraid, there is not a mass move or other means of a category move at this time. You're more than welcome to submit a suggestion in our Feedback forum for this though.
  16. Thank you. I have moved this to a ticket so we can further investigate what is happening here. Please watch your email for further correspondence.
  17. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  18. While credentials are working now, the account is restricted. We will require an unrestricted account.
  19. Unfortunately, those credentials are not working.
  20. We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
  21. If this is something that you are going to extend to all your advertisers, creating a product would be easiest then you can upgrade them or have them upgrade. If this is a one-off, you could instruct them to add account credit as that will automatically add to each renewal.
  22. Going from minor release to minor release should be easy. Glad things are working for you 🙂 .
  23. Could you please elaborate why you are unable to do so? You would need to apply the constant in the constants.php file and then attempt to login to your ACP. If all is done correctly, you should be able to login and it will disable all third party items.
  24. Please be advised I have tagged this to a developer to confirm.
  25. If you have any third party applications/plugins/themes, I would check their compatibility for the next release (shouldn't be any different but always good practice to check before doing). Take a full backup (files and database) of your community and then go ahead run the latest release 🙂 .
