  1. Content View Behavior is in Account Settings on the frontend, it will not show in search. This is what the location in the ACP to edit the default
  2. Ah, thanks guys! Yeah, that would happen when a new reply happens while you're on the page.
  3. You're very welcome! Sorry, I am not quite sure what you mean here. If you can copy the message here or screenshot, I may be able to assist.
  4. The version you posted is 110 so expected to still have the issue. They would need to be on 111. I am not sure on the exact release.
  5. These would have been introduced in 4.6 I want to say. Forget the exact version but are not new features in 4.7.
  6. This would require customization of your theme. You could do it via the Easy Theme editor or do full on theme customization. Unfortunately, customizations are outside our scope of support but you can read how to do it in our guide.
  7. You viewing it in your browser 🙂 . PHP will only execute when you view a resource or if there is a cron task on your server executing it. You are missing a file and trying to run our full software (not the ips4.php file).
  8. It will not. You will need to view the ips4.php file in your browser.
  9. Would likely be from trying to run the software without all files present. We have no restrictions other than, it cannot live in the same folder as another application, such as WordPress, as they will clash.

  11. Sorry, customization is outside our scope of support. You may wish to ask for assistance in our Community Support forum to receive support from other clients. Otherwise, you can reach out to a third party provider to perform this for you.
  12. Yes, it will let you customize the output as you see fit.
  13. Yep, you can customize what the output of that field will look like. Can read the guide I posted 🙂 .
  14. Sorry, I am not sure what you mean. Do you mean you want this as a custom field that displays in content or their profile? If so, yes. Please see the guide below on how to create them:
  15. For the 404 error, please ensure that the admin and sub-folder install are present along with all files in the download. If they are, please contact your hosting provider to ensure that you do not have anything blocking that folder which would result in the 404. You would need to create the database and database user before hand on your hosting. Note down how to connect, the database name, user, and password. PHP 8.2 is not yet supported. You will need to use PHP 8.0 or 8.1. You can see the requirement checker here:
  16. You're very welcome. Glad we could help out!
  17. Yes, you will want to adjust your admin notifications in ACP -> click the notification bell (top right) -> Notification Settings -> enable what you want for "A transaction requires manual action"
  18. Glad to hear you've found the information you've needed here 🙂 .
  19. You can. However, keep in mind that custom FURLs are outside our scope of support.
  20. Yes, if we can get steps/cases that allow us to reproduce the issue, this then will allow us to investigate and potentially fix the issue 🙂
  21. This is currently being tripped by your "MaxMind Hold" anti-fraud rule. You can check what the transaction is getting tripped by in when viewing the invoice -> under Transactions -> click the magnify glass -> then "Triggered Fraud Rule" Right now that rule is very broad and set for anything so all transactions will get tripped by it. You will need to edit it and make it less encompassing to what you want to review in these cases. If you want all transactions to go through without anti-fraud rules, you will want to remove that rule.
  22. Is this something you're actively seeing still? It may just be a user messing with the redirect URL which then would be correct that it's erroring out if that doesn't exist.
  23. All of these posts are visible and not hidden? Have you tried rebuilding your search index? (ACP -> System -> Search -> Rebuild Search Index)
  24. You can change this for everyone by going to: ACP -> Members -> Profiles -> Display Settings -> When a member clicks an item link. Users can override this setting by going to: Account Settings -> Content View Behavior.
