  5. If you are unsure how to do a manual upgrade, you really need to learn how to do this as a self hosted customer. This simply involves uploading the files, then running the upgrade from /admin/upgrade In terms of the issue itself, as mentioned above, please check in /upload/logs on the server to see what error is coming up
  6. If its not using UTF8MB4 and its converting, then there would be a lot. It may be better to run the converter before you do the upgrade, which you can do from the admin CP in the mysql section
  7. Im not seeing any issues on this end. Could I just check you have the latest updates and also check there are no patches showing in the support area of your admin CP?

  12. This is something since the patch, and is being looked into currently. Do you have clubs enabled at all? If not and you enable them, does the problem go away?

  17. Patch has corrected the issue. Just run it through on your site to make sure this was the case
  18. I have to admit to being confused as to where you are looking here, as there are no checkboxes on the album section of members profiles
  19. We do have someone with a ticket in for this, so it does appear to be a known issue at present. We will have a resolution as soon as possible
